Worst service for internet. Had outages that lasted all day at times for about a month straight and for Spectrum to say I was going to get reimburse for the month and I still got charged for internet. I called numerous of times to report outages and when I got charged for this month it was only a dollar difference. They stated you only called once when i called all month about outages. Extremely Disrespectful and Pushy Behavior Last night, Kenny from Spectrum repeatedly rang our doorbell--even though we have a clearly visible NO SOLICITING sign directly above it. Seriously... HELLO?! Learn to read. The sign doesn't just say "no soliciting." It clearly states not to leave anything on our door or porch related to sales. Yet that boundary was completely ignored. If a company can't even respect a simple sign, why on earth would I trust them with anything more important? Specturm, do better. I don't recommend this service to anybody. Every damn week the signal goes down and it's getting really annoying. Like what am I paying for. Constant shitty service every week. I'm really considering switching to Verizon. Stay away from these idiots. Estimated waiting time today was suppose to be 11:30 am. Still no signal. Spectrum is in the middle of an upgrade for the DFW area, and they apparently can't wait for the dead of night to start work, so the second the sun goes down, the upload speed goes into the toilet and stays there until about an hour after sun up. I've had them send out a tech twice to address the issue and all they can tell me is that it'll all be over soon. When is soon though? Maybe tomorrow, maybe next month. They could start the upgrade work after midnight and it wouldn't be a big issue but no, they must employ a bunch of vampires since they start the minute the sun sets and don't stop until after sun up (which in Winter is like most of the day). Good luck getting any work done when your upload speed is worse than a 56K modem. read more

Spectrum Mobil is Terrible, I called three days ago to upgrade my phone and add a line to my account they tell me that they can't locate my account,after leaving me on hold for 30 min they tell me they will give me a call when a email is received I end up calling back the next day only to be told again they can't locate my account and I will receive a call in 24 hours once my account is located, never received A call I am currently looking for another company to switch to spectrum is Trash read more

New location in La Gran Plaza. There are two entrances to the store which is nice. The interior of the store is beautiful with lots of space for customers to wait and be seated. They are also taking all precautions to ensure customers and sales associates are safe during covid19. We needed a new router and were able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. The absolute worst costumer service in any kind of experience!! Machines always broken, internet down.. and the employees always rude with attitudes. And closing registers and the machine that does the job for them two hours before closing hours. It's the closest location to me so I try to pay my bill when I need to and can't ever do it at this location, why am I surprised???? I don't even want to pay it they can cancel my line, I'll get a different service. If I could leave a negative review for this location I would!!!!! read more

I have never dealt with such a morally reprehensible company! I have had so many problems, I have emailed the VP of Customer Service, even though it probably won't do any good. I have had service for about six weeks, and I have had to call 5x and go to 2 different stores. The departments don't communicate and tell customers different things, they will bill you for stuff that you were never told about, of course, after the "money-back guarantee" period, and the internet is crap, it drops intermittently essentially all day, even after upgrading, and tech support told me, try to use it with a LAN cable, instead of Wifi, then why am I paying for a wifi router and service. It's 2020, and this is the advice tech support gives? I am so ready to find another internet company. Don't waste your time with this company! read more
