I ordered Internet online and opted for the option to pick up the devices at the location thinking it would be a faster process versus waiting the few days for the devices to come in, well I was wrong. The store has an iPad you must sign in- and everyone even drop offs have to sign in and you're helped in order of the time you signed in. So I saw people just dropping off devices sitting there for awhile, and I also sat there for awhile just to give my name and be given the devices. I think that is ridiculous- the person who helped me was helping a gentlemen before me set up a new phone line which obviously takes awhile. I think they need a better system to get people in and out of here faster especially since the iPad asks why you're there. Would I ever come back? Probably not. Sandra was nice once she helped me but I waited about 30 minutes to be seen and it only took her 2 minutes to actually help me. But otherwise the location is huge and has tons of parking on both sides. But they had about 15 different people waiting to be helped while I was there waiting as well and only 2 workers. Maybe they can make some improvements. read more

Paulina was great. She knew what to do to get me set up. She's very patient and exceeded my expectations. I recommend this store.

Worst service for internet. Had outages that lasted all day at times for about a month straight and for Spectrum to say I was going to get reimburse for the month and I still got charged for internet. I called numerous of times to report outages and when I got charged for this month it was only a dollar difference. They stated you only called once when i called all month about outages. Ridiculous they should be ashamed of them selves! read more

Benito did a great job, knowledge, friendly customer service. I really appreciate it. Thank you.

Honestly you're just better off getting it delivered to your house. The product would get there sooner than the wait time for a reservation. Extremely rude. Only Come here if it's your last resort read more

customer service or support is poorly handled . slow to respond, slow to get a technician to come out ( next day only ) . even when 2 different technicians come out on 2 different days, 2 different explanations/ excuses why you interrupt in services is happening. Third try in 5 days STILL ,Technical Supervisor will call you back IN 24 hours.... read more

Extremely Disrespectful and Pushy Behavior Last night, Kenny from Spectrum repeatedly rang our doorbell--even though we have a clearly visible NO SOLICITING sign directly above it. Seriously... HELLO?! Learn to read. The sign doesn't just say "no soliciting." It clearly states not to leave anything on our door or porch related to sales. Yet that boundary was completely ignored. If a company can't even respect a simple sign, why on earth would I trust them with anything more important? Specturm, do better. This kind of behavior is exactly why people don't want to work with you. read more

I don't recommend this service to anybody. Every damn week the signal goes down and it's getting really annoying. Like what am I paying for. Constant shitty service every week. I'm really considering switching to Verizon. Stay away from these idiots. Estimated waiting time today was suppose to be 11:30 am. Still no signal. I called again to see what's going on now it's 2:30. I'm so fuckin done with this sorry ass place. read more

Spectrum is in the middle of an upgrade for the DFW area, and they apparently can't wait for the dead of night to start work, so the second the sun goes down, the upload speed goes into the toilet and stays there until about an hour after sun up. I've had them send out a tech twice to address the issue and all they can tell me is that it'll all be over soon. When is soon though? Maybe tomorrow, maybe next month. They could start the upgrade work after midnight and it wouldn't be a big issue but no, they must employ a bunch of vampires since they start the minute the sun sets and don't stop until after sun up (which in Winter is like most of the day). Good luck getting any work done when your upload speed is worse than a 56K modem. read more

How about getting internet service one day without an outage.in the last 10 days been without service some part of day for 8 of those days. Instead of putting a bandage on things fix the problem, you don't have the people to get it solved . Call AT&T. For help. Lord knows you need it. read more

Went in to trade my phone in. They told me they had no phones and would need to call spectrum and do it over the phone. I did that, and customer service said trade ins were done only in store............ I like running in circles... how about you? read more

New location in La Gran Plaza. There are two entrances to the store which is nice. The interior of the store is beautiful with lots of space for customers to wait and be seated. They are also taking all precautions to ensure customers and sales associates are safe during covid19. We needed a new router and were able to get in and out in less than 5 minutes. All sales associates were super helpful and made our transaction very pleasant. Thanks, Spectrum! read more

The absolute worst costumer service in any kind of experience!! Machines always broken, internet down.. and the employees always rude with attitudes. And closing registers and the machine that does the job for them two hours before closing hours. It's the closest location to me so I try to pay my bill when I need to and can't ever do it at this location, why am I surprised???? I don't even want to pay it they can cancel my line, I'll get a different service. If I could leave a negative review for this location I would!!!!! read more

They literally take forever to attend customers. Been waiting over an hour, slow people!

Not skilled at customer service or devices. Stores can't help you with cell issues. Support not easy to access

If you go at 7:30, you're to late...Guy was locking door and ignoring anything near it. Even though they close at 8

I have never dealt with such a morally reprehensible company! I have had so many problems, I have emailed the VP of Customer Service, even though it probably won't do any good. I have had service for about six weeks, and I have had to call 5x and go to 2 different stores. The departments don't communicate and tell customers different things, they will bill you for stuff that you were never told about, of course, after the "money-back guarantee" period, and the internet is crap, it drops intermittently essentially all day, even after upgrading, and tech support told me, try to use it with a LAN cable, instead of Wifi, then why am I paying for a wifi router and service. It's 2020, and this is the advice tech support gives? I am so ready to find another internet company. Don't waste your time with this company! read more
