This car yard is a disgrace. I bought a car feom them and they reassure me many times there was no issues with the car. I drove the car home ( 1.5 hours away) had a mechanic look at it and the clutch was completely burnt out. I called this mob who agreed on the phone they would get their mechanic to fix it, drove another 1.5 hours back for the boss to come out and be very aggressive and verbally abusive and refused to fix the clutch and told me he didnt give a %#&# if I left a bad review and tried to blame me for the clutch, he then was told to give my money back including all my full tank of fuel, rego and service costs and he declined being more verbally abusive. He transferred my purchased price and nothing more swearing and said he could tell me to %^^# off and take the car and it isnt his problem. Absolutely disgusting place to deal with and very disheartening to save for a car and be sold a lemon and be spoken to with such aggression. read more

The negative reviews on this place are justified. We've had a very poor experience and would not recommend. We'd decided on a car, rang up to confirm, and the sales staff put the car on hold for us. Suddenly - during a 1.5 hour drive on the way to the yard - we decided to check the original ad (we had a gut feeling that they might not be on the level) and sure enough it was sold. Spectrum Car Sales did not have the common courtesy to phone, message, or email. No word at all from them. We rang up to confirm (to save us the remaining 45 minutes), and they had indeed sold the car from under us. Do not trust this business! read more

Reasonable range of cars, prices reflect what you are likely to get. Having heard a bad word of mouth review from a friend who's car which didn't qualify for any warranty broke down just 10kms from the dealer, I still decided to have a visit. Was not greeted upon arrival, spent 20 minutes looking over two cars and still was not greeted. Finally after walking into there workshop I received some average customer service. I took a couple of vehicles for a test drive and knew immediately I wouldn't purchase. No work had gone into either vehicle besides a good clean. One blew smoke, the other had issues such as wheel alignment, lack of power, all things that shoulsve been easily and quickly rectified by the dealer before placing them for sale on the yard.
