If you like slow service, waiting, and frustration then this is the company for you. But wait, there is more. They now put me as the consumer in a terrible spot essentially saying 1. Pay this now, even though it isn't really owed or 2. Don't pay it and take a hit to your credit. Good times. Last person I talked to was Nessa, a supervisor with Charter Spectrum out of the North Texas Call Center.
