    It took 20 minutes for assistance despite standing in front of three idle employees. An associate from the cellphone department assisted us, and after 15 to 20 minutes of searching for a functioning computer, the young man checked the SKUs for inventory. Unfortunately, everything we were looking for was out of stock. He even checked other stores, but all locations within a two-hour radius did not have the item we originally wanted, so we settled for a less preferred option. I have mixed feelings about coming here; it's a love-hate relationship. Unfortunately, it's the only nearby place without having to drive an hour or more.

Asked another person, only to be neglected, and he walked off. I saw many associates stand in huddled groups bantering along. Yet no one, and I mean no one had the time to help me look for one item right? I stood in one place staring each associate down until one person felt my irate and agitated gaze, I showd him the item I was looking for on my phone and it took but 5 seconds to find what I needed. It didn't have to come down to me being super annoyed by the whole situation and incompetent staff, their lack of training and lack of knowledge of where their products are at. Can't forget the lack of enthusiasm. Try harder guys, work better.

    I stopped at store to get a new phone line and change my previous provider…read more Vanessa, was the employee who processed my new account. Service was terrible it actually took 3 hrs to complete my new account. To top it Off after reviewing my Bill, she took it upon herself to add insurance coverage @hot spot coverage without my consent. I requested that listed charges be taken off. She stated that there was a glitch on the system and it could not be done. She only provided a handwritten note with her signature stating it would be taken care off. I requested to speak with the manager. Raymond store manager apprised he would take care of it but it would take a few days, Totally unethical action by said employee Vanessa. I left location disappointed .Approximately 3 miles from location I received a phone call. The call was from a representative and requested I returned to the store to attempt to resolve this dispute. I returned to the store and Raymond store manager removed said charges,it actually took another hour of my time. I further learned that Vanessa, failed to inform me of discount of having my bill process via automated. It's a shame that no integrity exist. Simple out right Theft for the uneducated consumer

    Went to his Verizon store on Black Friday to purchase the iPhone X. The was busy but not packed…read more We were greeted and added to their wait list. The store manager was very helpful making sure everyone was greeted a second time and thanking them for coming out. He was very helpful in answering any wiry we had and showing us products around the store. After a bit a young lady, light complexion and blondish/brown hair got us what we needed. She brought out some extra accessories for us to buy. I told her thank you but we found accessories at a lower cost. She would talk to us but not look at us. She kept looking outside and past us. I'm not sure if she was waiting for someone to walk in or maybe we were boring customers. At one point she was off on a discount, rather than using a calculator she started saying numbers out loud and then adding them. The numbers she called out didn't even add up to whatever number was her final total. My fiancé told her that was incorrect. At that point the young lady then said well whatever you come up with will be your discount. I laughed and fiancé just looked at her. We thanked her for her time pod for the phone and left. We've been to this store numerous times and have never had any issues until last Friday. We've also been helped by this person on more than one occasion and never had an issue. I'm sure it was an off day. Will post an update in the near future.
