Went to Specsure as I had loads of hassle with my last Optician (specsavers). Love my new glasses...get lots of compliments! Optician was really good (and dishy too!). Best Opticians I've been to... would recommend them to everyone. read more

Not very helpfull staff, woman called jacky, eating her lunch while trying to serve me, very much sales driven must be on a bonus, clearly didnt ask what i wanted rather telling what i should have. Very poor fitted frame, have since been back 3 times and now given up and gone to a national opticians just 20 yards away. The optician wanted to talk about putting me into designer frames more than asking about my eye problem. i only called in there because it looked quiet, now i know why!!! read more
