I,ve only been here once for an eye test and a pair of glasses, never again. They mixed my prescription up with some other poor person who is probably stumbling around somewhere trying to find their way back. To be fair they did make me up another pair free of charge after I had been to the trouble of a further eyetest at another establishment. I had made numerous revisits complaining, but there had been no mention of checking the prescription against the glasses. If I had not taken the trouble to take an additional eye test at another establishment and have the glasses checked, I would still be fumbling about thinking my eyesight was on the way out. read more

I had to go to Specsavers at the Lowestoft shop as I had broken my glasses.Christine who works there got me seen straight away. Christine refered me to Zayran who did several eye tests on me. She was very thorough. On completion of the tests Zayran found that something was wrong. She phoned the J P Hospital and got me an appointment that same afternoon. If Christine and Zayran had not done such a good job I would have lost my sight in my eye. I can not praise them both enough. I would like to say thank you to both of them.
