I tried the chat function on their website, no response. I sent a message on their facebook page, no response. After my second email to customer service they responded by saying "we'll let you know when it's on its way". I emailed back to ask them to specify if I should wait a day, a week or a month but of course nobody bothered to reply. There's no option to cancel the order so I'll have to talk to my credit card company to get my money back. I'm sure they're lovely people in the store but their online customer service is non-existent.

My last pair of Tom Ford glasses from a high end chain cost me £500, which I actually lost attending a Yelp event (another story!). I came here a while back and asked if I already had a frame, could they fit the lenses for me. They said that they could. I ordered a pair of Tom Ford's online at a cost of £140. This optician advised me that the lense would be £165. I came in with frame and prescription from my previous optition. One week on, I'm not the proud owner of a pair of Tom Ford glasses at £305 compared to £500 for my previous pair. I'm one happy chappy! I was really impressed with the service I received. They also said that if I found a frame liked from another optician, to give them the serial number. They advised that they could probably purchase them for me at 20% less than the RRP. Thay are also open on a Sunday, which is very handy.
