This specsavers snapped my frames in half while cleaning them about a year ago. In compensation, they offered me any frames from the store. Unfortunately, all the frames available were less expensive and lower quality than the frames they broke. I selected a pair in desperation, since I needed glasses, and the frames broke less than a year later. Given that the frames were less than a year old, Specsavers was obligated to replace the frames for free. The store has repeatedly failed to get the replacement in from their main warehouse, at this point having received the wrong frames twice. The staff have been dismissive and rude to me about their mistakes, and they have made several inaccurate predictions about when the frames will arrive. If all goes well with the store's latest prediction, my frames will arrive 18-20 days after they were initially ordered.
