Specsavers , Leamington Spa On August 14th at 3:30 PM, the receptionist handling patient check-ins demonstrated a lack of professionalism. Our arrival, slightly delayed by 2-3 minutes, resulted in an overreaction from her. Despite my apologies, her demeanor remained disrespectful. Later, when requesting glasses collection and lens thinning, she placed us on an unconfirmed waiting list, leading to a 30-40 minute wait without the requested services being rendered. Her attitude was marked by arrogance and a disregard for customer service, even in the face of polite interaction. She was observed engaging in non-work-related conversation and neglecting customer requests. Improved training in polite communication and customer needs assessment is recommended.
It's truly a shame that one staff member's poor behavior detracted from an otherwise helpful and positive experience with the rest of the team. read more
