Used this specsavers for the first time as i have recently moved to Hawick and this was the nearest, got my eyetest and ordered glasses that i got thinned down, but when i collected them the lenses were out at the front so requested if they could move them future back in the frame which they have done, but sadly went to collect them after they had replaced the lenses with other ones which fit future back and am rather dissapointed still the new lenses although sitting nicer in the frames are heavy and are bevelled and horrid to look at in a mirror, i love the frame and as this is the second lenses they have given me i cant complain again but i have since had the legs altered as one was bent and came out a fair bit from the side of my head, they also ache when i wear them, but they werent and are not willing to fix the legs anymore so glasses still contiue to fall of my face if i work around the house i hate how they feel, and how the lenses look front on, I feel they could have explained things better i am now left with glasses that i HATE, i love the frames but sadly their fitting and lenses have ruined it for me, I have ordered contacts from them but after 5 days i am still waiting to recieve them (again even though they knew from 7 weeks ago that they would need to order them in for me) so my (occational use glasses) have had to worn constant and this has added to my anger, I think you shouldnt be made to feel like you are always complaining when something doesnt fit right afterall we have glasses for 2 years!!! The staff we all lovely and friendly and i think their hands are tied to what they can do to help, but sadly i am left with glasses i hate wearing, that causes pain and disscomfort, and google eyes from poor choice lenses!!!! read more
