Needless to say, the large blue exterior, with clear windows offering gazes into the wonders within, intrigued me. As I entered, I was surprised to see the extent of goods available in this shop. It certainly can be considered a miniature department store. Clothes, groceries, clothes, toys, DVDs, car accessories, camping accessories, DIY, stationary..... the list is seemingly endless. I first explored the DVD section and was amazed to see many familiar, popular titles included in a two for a fiver deal. I ended up purchasing two reasonably priced reporters notepads at two for £1.50. The reason I have put this under "reasonably priced" is that the paper quality isn't that fantastic, and I observed that this was probably the case which a lot of the stock available. However, is that not expected from such a discount store? The stock was very well presented and the staff offered a friendly mannerism. Overall, four stars due to the fact that a lot of the products available aren't of great quality which may leave some disappointed.

It is not cheap but the clothes are of exceptional quality. i would say it is not for every day wear but for something a little more special. The service is fantastic - more personal than you get in any of the high street chain shops. I shopped here for an outfit for a special occasion quite recently and would definitely go back again when looking for something a bit different. The only thing that stops me giving five stars is that they only stocked one of each size of each item. They could get what you want if they didn't have it but if you are looking for something to take away it could be a problem. Lovely shop and helpful staff.

Liz and Colrolyn offer the best of friendly service, they now have a range of everyday wear from Great Plains (French Connection) and they are local agents for Not Your Daughters Jeans aka Tummy Tuck Jeans. No better place to shop for fashion in Dunfermline.

On the ground floor, there is womenswear, childrenswear, furniture and Beaverbrooks the jeweller. When you walk in, there is a big double height ceiling which really opens up the place! Upstairs pays host to menswear and homewares. There is also a Paperchase (yay!) and a small Costa Coffee. (yay again!) There are also toilets up here which are clean, spacious and bright. My favourite thing has got to be the furniture department because you are free to sit on the sofas and pretend you live a perfect life while you sip your Costa coffee. I was very impressed with the size of the shop and the Paperchase and Costa were doing a roaring trade with queues stretching out round through the shop. I'm glad that the old cramped store is now gone and we have this new one to serve us!

Chie Chie sells a range of really unique clothes and accessories and whatever the occasion you are buying for, Chie Chie will have the perfect outfit for it. This shop sells lots of high quality clothing, particularly dresses and work outfits such as smart trousers and blouses. They offer a very eclectic range of fashions and materials, such as silk dresses and cashmere cardigans. Because of the quality nature of the clothes they sell, Chie Chie's clothes are a tad on the pricey side, but you know that whatever you bu it is going to last a long time. The sales assistants were friendly and happy to help. If you are looking for something different and want to break away from the trend of buying clothes from the high street stores, Chie Chie is a fantastic place to shop at.

Inside, the clothes were just as gorgeous as I'd expected from the window. It's so annoying when you go somewhere only to find that all the good stuff is in the window and everything inside just doesn't live up to your expectations. Thankfully, this certainly wasn't the case here. I was greeted by the shop assistant as soon as I entered, it made the place a lot more relaxed and the shop assistant was happy to let me browse at my leisure. I noticed some stunning dresses a little black number in particular caught my eye but it was a little bit out of my price range. The clothing is Chie Chie is gorgeous and individual and if you're looking for a special outfit then pop in to see what's on offer.

They do alot of the dresses for common ridings and they write down what dress is going where to avoid people wearing the same outfit!!how cute is that?!!
