I did give her another chance. It was a Complete disaster. The owner refused to do anything I requested and I found her to be quite lackadaisical. Didn't cut or even bother to trim my Australian Shepherd, didn't cut her nails didn't grind the nails yet she told me she did. I think I made the mistake of pre-paying when I wouldn't have otherwise. Lesson learned never pre-pay! I am a very unsatisfied customer and I will not be returning!!

I brought in my cavapoo (11lb) dog & she insinuated I was abusing her. This dog is my whole world & lives like a queen. She has NEVER been abused. Hillview allowed me to bring him in for a "Happy Visit" so that we could get acquainted. They were prepared with lots of hot dog chunks and cheese, which of course made my dog VERY happy. I feel very relieved that I have found a vet that will not just shove a muzzle on my dog and "get sh*t done". Or not, because my previous vet refused to trim his nails the last time I brought him in.

The service and care we received was better than good. The rabbit was discovered to have a respiratory infection and he was prescribed medications for his condition. However when it came time to treat our new pet, we were told, "We're not taking any new patients." We confirmed that even though we are an established customer we were being refused service. We will no longer be contacting this vet for any future needs.

It's hard to find a place that grooms cats. Our family cat is 20 years old (!) and had some large…read moremats on his fur because it is difficult for him to groom himself. The groomer was very gentle with our old man and insisted that I stay there during the grooming for his comfort. She could have charged extra by asking if I wanted to bathe him as well, but she recommended not to do that as to not aggravate the cat even more. The only reason this is 4 stores and not 5 is because the place is a little dirty and because I didn't see any evidence of the supplies having been sterilized. However, they are still moving into their new location. Their team definitely is experienced and knows how to handle pets.

You are expected to complete an application prior to meeting an animal that you may be interested in. Then you're expected to wait four to five days for an appointment to meet and greet the pet. Then come back later if you have any other animals for he had another meet and greet . They do not inform you that this is not a guarantee they're going to hold this pet for you. So in our case the dog we were waiting to see was adopted out .
