To find the right company to work with, we spent a good amount of time doing our research. First online, and then after shortlisting a few companies to talk with, we picked NGroupArt to work with. We had spent quite some time speaking with both Mike (project manager) as well as Elnur (architect and designer) to help them understand what we are looking for. Both Mike and Elnur worked very closely with us through the entire design process, which took quite a few iterations both because our design thought process evolved (as we were simultaneously converging on our landscape design, and the gate needed to match), as well as because our requirements and the dimensions of the driveway and the curbside (we are on a curved cul-de-sac) were tricky to make work and there were lots of design decisions that needed to be made. Elnur and Mike were absolutely amazing to work with. Rarely have we worked with a team that is so detail oriented, while being very thoughtful in their suggestions and patient through the entire process. And when the results came in! WOW! Exor Ironworks repaired and built new railings for a small apartment building. While no service…read morework in cheap in Seattle, I don't think you could find quality work at a lower price. Eddie (owner) was very friendly and considered for each piece if rebuilding or repairing was more cost effective. It took more than a month after signing the contract to start work, which is presumably the result of their good price/performance ratio. The workers Javier and Maria were good at their jobs and produced quality work without me (or Eddie as far as I know) needing to micromanage them.
