He wasn't really worried about how much he would make, he even suggested some things that ended up saving me money. I found out during the old deck tear down, that it wasn't built to code in the first place, so David and his team were able to build my new deck, above and beyond the required code, I feel safe on the deck with large numbers of people, I work out here when it's cooler, and he made it in a way where I can add on in the future, the roof is insulated, and I can add windows, etc... Master Teeez, responded with a quote of $1000-2000 for the 8 tasks I listed. Since there was a large variance in the estimate I suggested that he come onsite to look at the work that has to be performed to give me a more accurate quote of what the actual cost will be. He informed me that he would be available to come buy on a sunday between 10-12 (noon). I sent him a follow-up message via the yelp app (same day) to ensure that he still plans on arriving for our appointment. Unfortunately, he never showed up nor sent me a follow-up message that he would not show up for the appointment. I am sure he does great work and perhaps he has alot of appointments but it may be important for his business to hire an assistant and as a result I won't give him a chance for a future project.

You absolutely cannot go wrong hiring SWC Contractors for any project you're planning for.

My experience with SWC Contracting (Keith and Georgie) literally Saved my sanity and pocketbook!…read more One of the things I hate most is dealing with anything with my house. My experience over the last 2 years with State Farm with my roof and inside my house has been one of the worst things I've encountered. My house is now almost 18 years old and for 2 years I have been fighting to replace my full roof and damage inside from not one but 2 major storm and wind damages. I have have lost count of how many contractors I who have just given up or wouldn't touch it because they were like state farm is awful and patching a roof that is crumbling they wouldn't touch. Then through a friend who was sharing my story I met Keith. They came to my house on a Sunday spent 3 hours listening to my story and going through all the paperwork. He didn't make me any promises we would win BUT he did promise he would be by my side and use every tool he knew to try and fight them. And he honored his word! He got me connected to Public adjustor company who we worked with on various stuff, he did drone test and pictures, arguing with State Farm etc. Even more amazing if that during this time I had some temporary gray pieces of tarp to try to protect my house. I was also in a battle with with my Homeowners Association. And yes he got engaged in that to helping me write letters, sending his own, offering to testify at meetings etc. all while we continue to fight insurance. Then HOA wanted to fine me $700 a day and he did what no one else would and put temp pieces where it was visible to the neighborhood to get them off my back. I know this was against everything he believed in doing BUT to help me deal with the HOA and not get charged monthly till a resolution with insurance he did it. This finally went all the way to the insurance commissioner. I'd love to say we won that fight but let's call it "draw". I received some reimbursement but still not enough to fix everything inside or the roof so it still not over as I have one more option left. But in the meantime I have to fix the roof now so no more damage happens. My main point I want to leave anyone with who is considering SWC Construction is Stop Considering AND Just Do It! They are great partners and truly a God sent. They have gone above and beyond and their service is like they are family who got your back. Regardless of the final result, partnering with Keith and Georgie has been the best decision out of a horrible situation no one should have to encounter or try to fight alone.
