I needed a truck with…read moreat least an 8-foot bed to transport a newly purchased couch but thought it might be a while before I can reserve one. Surprisingly, I was able to reserve one for the next day with a 4:45pm pick up time which was excellent! Please bare in mind, I wanted the rental for a weekend, Saturday to be specific. The day of pick-up was easy. The guy at the counter asked for my driver's license and credit card, explained some things and was out of there in less than 10 minutes! He was very pleasant, walked over to the rental truck, checked fuel level, and explained the return process since it was after the shop closes. The truck was very clean and brand new. It had less than 200 miles! The price was $19.95 for rental, $0.79/mile and $10 for insurance. It was a great deal for a quick 4-hour rental to pick up a new couch. The couch fit wonderfully on the bed (with some extra room which made it easy for unloading), and the best thing was, the bed was super clean! For a quick rental, I will definitely think of this place first and I might even come here for my automotive needs and maintenance as well because the staff were so nice.

I share the car with my daughter and our budget could not handle this type of repair, but it was not an option. The stress and worry about this was overwhelming. I decided to get another bid and drive by Bobby's Fenton Auto Repair everyday. So I stopped by and he was getting ready to close but was so kind. I explained the check engine light was coding a bad catalytic converter and the vehicle was barely running. He took down all my information and called the very next day. His estimate came back at 1/3 of the first bid. He scheduled me in within a week. He was very affordable and fast, I was even able to afford a tune up w/ new plugs. I dropped off the car before work and it was done and ready to be picked up by the time I got off work. Our vehicle is like driving a new car, we are so excited, no more issues at all and the check engine light hasn't come back on. Life has been so much better not worrying about what to do about repairs to the car. I will never trust anyone else with my vehicle. Thank you Bobby for great and affordable service.

My car broke down on the road, seemingly due to the alternator. Before I got my car towed there, I…read morecalled and asked how much it would be to replace the alternator. A guy named Dave looked up the price based on the make, model, and engine type and said it was coming up as $713 including labor which could change but would be somewhere around that price. I asked which towing coming they recommended and had it towed there. After it got there they did a diagnostic and said that it would be about $1500 including the tow; they had to replace the battery for the diagnostic and the alternator would be a bit more than $1000. I asked why the alternator was so much since I had talked to Dave earlier and he said it would be around $713. The guy on the phone said Dave prolly didn't realize that it was a car with a computer system--but that was a lie since Dave looked it up based on the make, model, and engine type. He then put me on hold and came back and said "the boss" says that Dave told me it would be between $700 and $1600 which was also a blatant lie. In the end they ended up replacing the alternator for a somewhat high but fairly reasonable price but the ease with which they lied about it all was infuriating and they do not seem trustworthy whatsoever

Their prices are excessively high, and they attempted to impose unnecessary charges. They tried to bill me $300 for an oil change after they went to the back to 'fix' it. Additionally, they charged me for 7 quarts of oil when my vehicle only requires 4.2, and they added a $20 fee simply because they felt entitled to do so and another charge for "some sort" of additive that I didn't ask for they probably even didn't do the additive. They claimed it was for shop supplies, yet there was another charge for the actual supplies. I suppose they are billing me for the towels used to clean their dirty hands. Those who leave positive reviews are likely unaware of the scam and simply comply with it; they even impose a 3% fee for card payments as if it's 1999. These are the kind of people who WILL intentionally damage your vehicle just to ensure you return. I had to make two calls to check if my car was ready, as no one in the shop seemed to know its status. It could have remained there overnight if I hadn't called at the last moment. These people are criminals.

Has a spacious waiting area, and the front desk is very friendly and helpful. Definitely need an appointment, they have a strong business which speaks volume for their value. My appointment went smoothly, and timely. I've gotten my emissions tests done here, as I live fairly close. I have not had the need for any repair work, so cannot speak to other services, but based on the interactions I've seen with other patrons I wouldn't hesitate.
