She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. I reached out to ask if anyone was available for a haircut and color that afternoon, and to my surprise, Nadeen called me right away and said she could see me in 30 minutes. Emergencies come up and I am very disappointed how this situation was handled. This salon basically stole money and don't care about people or customers. I canceled my daughter's appointment due to her becoming sick this evening. This salon didn't care after explaining my situation. I didn't cancel just because I felt like it, I had a legit reason. I guess if someone gets hospitalized or dies they will still charge you the cancellation fee. Once I got off the phone with them they automatically charged my card. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. Don't give your business to this salon! They steal money and don't care for their customers! There should be exceptions for certain circumstances and not be greedy. This salon is not run right. My husband wrote a review on his own account and I did my own. We have the right to do that. There's no policy on yelp who can write a review. The owner responded and is getting defensive, so that should tell you something.
