I'll admit, I was pretty nervous going in since I hadn't had a haircut in years. My hair is straight, flat, and typically hard to style, and I was hoping to add some volume and soft curls but wasn't sure what would actually work. Hanh immediately put me at ease with her warm, funny, and welcoming personality. She's genuinely so kind. During the consultation, she really took the time to understand what I wanted and helped refine my ideas into something even better. I walked away feeling confident and excited instead of anxious. I saw that Rebekah specializes in brunettes, so I knew could trust her! Rebekah truly went above and beyond to talk me through what was best for my hair and thoroughly understand what I wanted. She was so patient and informative! I told her that I wanted to take out some of the brassiness from my hair and blend it more naturally. She recommended a toner for my hair which I had never done before but it turned out BEAUTIFULLY. Seriously, I could not have dreamt up a better result than what she provided! It took out the brassiness in my hair and made my color look like a richer brown without making it look black like the way that a dye would - which is hard to get right for brunettes!
