Then they told me I can come back in and they'll fix what they did to my hair for half price $150-$200. My hair is breaking off like crazy because of where they overlapped. I shouldn't have to pay them $200 to fix what they did. Not sure how they can fix that.

She started asking me questions about where I went to school and realized I went to high school with a client of hers (I was in college at this point). Sooo then she takes her phone out of her apron and CALLS this person's mother to tell her she's doing her daughter's former classmate's hair. Ummmmmmmm??? So unprofessional. Continues to have about a 10 minute conversation revealing my name (without any consent from me) then leaves after my roots were covered and processing. I didn't feel rushed and the salon is really nice, right on Main St. in Kingston Springs.
