Different location, same great results…read more This prime real estate location, the Gulch, is the newest wax studio and my favorite. I have to schedule around my work-life balance, so it is difficult for me to get my preferred cerologist every time, but thankfully I have yet to have a less-than-stellar experience with any of the ladies. Yes, waxing is uncomfortable, but the ladies are professionally trained to make it as quick and painless as possible. I never had skin irritation, missed hairs, bumps, bruises, ingrown hairs, burns, or rashes afterward. The one hour of free parking is convenient as I am usually in and out in 20 minutes. It is immaculate that I never have to be concerned with catching the cooties. Once you go wax you will never go back!

The staff took zero accountability for the miscommunication and failed to offer an apology for the wasted time and inconvenience. As a local who had heard wonderful things about this business, I am truly let down and will not be returning or recommending them to others.

It's not very often that you can say you trust 2 people with ALL of your waxing and beauty needs, but both of these ladies are amazing. For any gals getting their first bikini wax, Fusion Studio is the way to go. Sharon & Britt make the experience as painless and quick as possible, unlike some of the other places I tried. Britt is also the queen of spray tans! I don't trust anyone else to make me a bronzed goddess. :) The prices are great, but my favorite part is the relationship these ladies have with their clients. They are equally as much my friends as they are my beauty and waxing gurus!

After moving to Nashville last September, I've been searching for a nail salon that checks all my boxes: quick, efficient, clean, a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and plenty of color choices. VSL Nails absolutely delivered. V was fantastic, engaging, efficient, and, most importantly, he clearly knows what he's doing. He worked quickly on a full set of acrylic nails with gell, without sacrificing quality, which I really appreciate. The pineapple mimosa was a fun bonus, and the entire experience was relaxed and enjoyable. I've decided it's absolutely worth the 15-minute drive, and I'll definitely be back!

Upon entering the suite, I was greeted quickly and was pleasantly surprised to see that it was a small intimate space with just myself and Des. She explained the product and service to me, made sure I was comfortable with everything, and we quickly got to work. Typically I get hard waxed, so I was pleasantly surprised at how much less painful this was than that process. Des worked quickly and efficiently, making sure I was comfortable and distracting me by chatting with me about kayaking adventures. The process was quick, painless and about the same price point as a wax. Now, a few weeks after the service, my skin is beautifully clear! I don't have the same irritation and problems with ingrown hairs that I had with waxing. Honestly, I'm not sure I could ever go back to waxing after this!

I do wish the lounge had more options than just lindor chocolate, water, and tea. The space was more a waiting space than a lounge. First, I have had facials in different parts of the country and overseas. I know what is a true and real facial feels like. This was not it. This is on me for not making time on carefully research this place. The DMK felt like the " esthetician" watched bunch of you tube videos and mimic the steps. There was no facial massage, it was more like throwing the products on your face which literally it happened that way. Lily was lovely and everything but one thing is the personality the other is the execution of work. The place: people go to have a facial or massage in a place that is zen and quiet. It's a space for healing and focus. There's no privacy. The working areas are separated by panels. There are no doors but curtains facing the checkout counter. I could hear the next door client chatting with her esthetician nonstop. For that you go to therapy or simply have that session at home. It was distracting and extremely annoying. The choice of music and volume not okay. It gave me the impression these people wants to make quick money without having proper practice and real experience. I'll keep looking and make the time to check on their certificates online. The ones on the wall look pretty fake. I know this is a brutal review but this impression was fully created by you-- the business. I support women owning businesses but please do it right!
