I explained to her what was done and she called the owner to advise her on how to handle the situation. I was given back the $30 Rush charge (which was not even written on the ticket). Upon coming home I answered my phone and it was the young clerk... crying. She said the owner chewed her out and said that the money that was rightfully paid back to me will now come out of the clerks next paycheck and that she should've kept the money. I went back up to the cleaners and gave the clerk back the money because I didn't want her to have to be penalized... it was wrong. When I returned home again I smelled my clothing and the coat I had them clean. They still smelled the same as when I turned them over to them. All they did was steam them. I called the clerk at the cleaners back to let her know what was done. She offered to clean them properly if I brought them back. I decided against it since I had no idea whether or not something unfortunate would happen if the owner just happened to be the one 'cleaning' them. Just all around bad business.
