They told me to take them home and iron it out. I did but the creases did not come out so I took them back the next day. The owner and manager got angry and rude yelling and telling me to leave the store when I asked them to fix the issue. After some discussion they said that if it was washed and pressed again the creases would come out and that I would have to pay for that. I refused to pay to fix their mistake and they asked me to leave again. They finally called the husband who agreed to wash and press the shirts again. I picked them up after the 2nd time and they were still creased. I asked if they had any other way to fix the situation. They said no. I asked that they would pay for the shirts so I could get replacements made. They said no. The manager refused to contact the owner who was out and knew I was picking up the items today. I don't like posting bad reviews for local shops but their mistake cost me a significant money and they were not willing to make it right. Worse they were rude and dismissive - horrible customer service. I hope this doesn't happen to you.
