If I could offer an option, stay away from this place! They are ripping off customers and LIE about the cost for cleaning clothing. After I walked in with 2.pants, 3 sweaters, one skirt and a silk wrap the owner said, "you are smart woman..., I charge 72.50..."you have dog?" I said yes. "...cannot promise any clean, no pick up until July 6?" I was asking he meant January 6th. He told me take my, "business elsewhere.." Rip-off & do not trust this their! Liar and very much looking at your car, clothing labels and assessing what he should charge each client. This is discrimination and awful! My husband dropped off his uniforms here for the first time. For two tops, one bottom, and two hats, the bill came out to about $50 prepaid. We were a couple days late to pick up, but when I got there Mr. Lee knew exactly what the order was. He was so kind, helpful, and understanding. My husband's uniforms looked great and Mr. Lee took care to mention any spots that gave him a difficult time. I recommend this small business for your dry cleaning needs! the guy who runs it is really rude and told me i needed to listen better and pay better attention. I came in to pick up my clothes and he told me i was to pick it up a week from today. I had written the date and time he said on my paper right in front of him when he said it to me but he still insisted i was wrong and that i "obviously don't use the dry cleaners often." i have no idea why he was such a jerk i was not rude or angry about it. I did tell him i want my clothing back then and i was no longer interested in doing business with him. He told me i couldn't have it because it was quote "not here anymore." I couldn't get him to give me my things that night and had to go the next day. Obviously no refund and actually he just handed them to me and turned and walked away. he's a total clown and it sounds like a lot of the other reviewers here had the same issue. read more

Fool me once is all you get. I brought a brand new pair of jeans here to have a faulty zipper replaced. After i paid to have it replaced he told me it didn't look like i could fit the jeans. Despite the insult i walked out with a pickup date for 3 business days later. Come to pick them up and i notice the rigid part of the boyfriend styled jeans were now just holes. I've used 3 different dry cleaners in my area in the last 6 months to clean the same type of garment. The first two charged me under $8.00 to clean it, Lee's charged me $17.00 and shrunk it. Additionally, you have to put up with this guy's smart aleck attitude. I would never use this Dry-Cleaning service again. read more

I took my goose down comforter in to have cleaned. Being a white comforter it was noticeably very dirty. After waiting two weeks to pick it up when I got it home I noticed that the comforter was still dirty and smelled musty. Was charged $60. How disappointing. Find someplace else to have your clothes cleaned. read more
