Decided to stop through here on our way home to Mississippi! We are so glad we did!! We ordered the breakfast burrito and the French toast stack it was phenomenal! Hot and fresh ingredients made to order! I also got a glass of the fresh squeezed orange juice, I watch the girl squeeze the fresh orange juice, that was a plus! Then she made me a Cuban coffee, it was amazing! This will be our new favorite spot when we come back from Hot Springs! The place was so clean and the vibe was so cool! Very disappointed in our experience with this cafe. When we first arrived they wouldn't let us order inside for 10 min due to capacity issues. My husband and I understood this and waited outside. When three people came out we walked back in thinking that since people left, they now have capacity. Right? Wrong. We got kicked out again and told to order online. We did and waited outside. While waiting 5 customers were able to walk inside, order, and wait outside for their food. I understand times are tough now but we felt very singled out. By this time 40 min have passed and so my husband went to check on our order. It was sitting on the counter getting cold. When asked why the server said they forgot who "Nick" was. We will not be spending money at this facility for the rest of our lives. We just bought a house in Bryant so it's a sure shame. read more

Pretty good, I had the breakfast burrito and my boyfriend had the bagels. They were pretty tasty I just think $8 was a bit steep for a breakfast burrito and ultimately wasn't worth that. They have an interesting menu but today we were in the mood for a traditional breakfast. We called ahead and the nice lady said sure they can make us a traditional breakfast. It was delicious! Thick slices of sourdough toast, eggs just the way we like them and their house made sausage...the sausage was the best I've ever had, subtle but distinct flavors, perfect for a breakfast sausage. The food was prepared quickly and served hot with a generous side of fresh fruit. The cafe is very clean, the chairs are comfortable. The music was good too, classic rock, loud enough to be enjoyed but not so loud as to be overbearing. The employees were pleasant and welcoming. read more

Awesome coffee, food, and people! Love the atmosphere! The Biscuits and Gravy (Saturday morning special) were perfection. Light and fluffy biscuits, flavorful, homemade sausage, and yummy white gravy. My kiddos had French toast stacks and loved them. Everything is made with fresh ingredients and to order! Stopped here this morning, what an awesome vibe! Love the ambiance, you'll forget you're just in Bryant by a Walmart lol. Refreshing to find something just different. In this area "coffeeshop" means Starbucks. SpeakEasy coffee is what coffee is supposed to taste like. I got the grilled cheese and jam panini (which sounded off putting to me at first too) I got the goat cheese off and just had the marscapone with strawberry jam. YUM! It melts in your mouth literally and I could eat it everyday. The fruit smoothie its super fresh and healthy with Greek yogurt, and my iced white mocha latte was on point. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone, I live farther out but will be more tempted to come into town for breakfast. read more

For Bryant this joint is much better than the new McDonalds, Starsux. He has a good menu with unique coffee recipes. I had either the Mayan or Aztec coffee (latte with like cocoa and paprika) which was quite tasty. I've attempted to Gia few times and it's closed. Now that he's open on Mondays I'll visit more often. **update: I've been back a few times and still enjoy the place. Stillllll worth a short Bryant drive!!!!** While I do appreciate being left alone there is still a balance with feeling welcome in a place like this. I kinda feel like furniture. Gregariousness is not homie's forte. Single syllable grunts are answers to questions. Not awful, just a personality thing. If you are looking for Sam Malone go elsewhere (to be honest I'm usually not). But still. I'm going here fore I leave my dignity at Starsux. Local joint with unique flavor and atmosphere. My wife and I really liked this place for breakfast. I had sliders and my wife had a burrito. They were great. The coffee is single dripped through a filter one at a time and was excellent. The place unusual but is small but warm and comfortable. When we were there, it was a one-man operation but he was very efficient. As the other reviewer mentioned, the owner/operator doesn't say much but with all his tattoos, he was very nicely dressed and nice looking. I decided his demeanor was just his personally and I totally accepted it. Try this place, at least for breakfast. You'll like it. read more

I went there with my oldest daughter. The service was caring and energetic. I had the fried bologna egg cheese sandwich, an interesting breakfast. The coffee foam on my caramel felt like something you could jump into. My daughter promise the thickness of her hot chocolate. We ate outside in front in a gorgeous morning. read more

If Chick-Fil-A had not been closed for remodeling, we would have missed out on this place. The food was so good that we made sure to go back again on our return road trip between Texas and Tennessee! I'm giving this place 3 stars because the coffee and food really is good.. BUT, I'm confused by the whole silent biker dude routine I've received both times I've been in. My wife I and stopped by to check it out for the first time last month. We walk in to find the dude who obviously owns that beautiful black motorcycle outside and he's sitting at his MacBook right next to the door. Cool! I was kinda surprised to find that he was going be our barista though 'cause he's not a man of many words. I've found that if you get a response from him, it's going to be one word or him giving you the total of your outrageously priced coffee before returning to Facebook on his MacBook. Which brings me to the second downer-- those prices!!! I thought Starbucks was supposed to be the over priced coffee in town.. I stopped in again this morning to give it another shot, thinking "maybe he was having a rough day that first time." But no. Same dude offering the same silent treatment. I certainly don't expect a parade but I would think a "hey, how are you?" or anything else resembling a personality would be the very least you'd hear. Building a rapport with customers just isn't something they're worried about over there. Anyway! I don't think I'll be back. There's no redeeming quality for the dull experience and $7.76 coffee. The food was absolutely wonderful in the Barista wasn't bad to look at either! I had the smoked salmon sandwich with the deal mayo and avocado and it was still light for a cane with chips and a couple of peppercinis. I went on my lunch break from work and was Sir very quickly and the gentleman behind the bar cared about how I felt about my lunch which made it even more pleasurable I will definitely return! Friendly and quick service. I ordered an iced coffee and it was pretty good. I would prefer multiple sizes for the drinks and maybe a few leather chairs (small space it I bet you could fit a few). Overall though, nothing like it in Bryant and it is a cool and safe place to hang out. read more

I was expecting more when I walked in just from previous reviews so I was pretty disappointed. The coffee was a pour over and not brewed to begin with. Not a huge fan of pour overs. And if you didn't like the coffee of the day, you were out of luck. And there was no raw sugar, only processed sugar. The only reason for 3 stars is because the concept is there to create an organic, specialized coffee house. But the owner needs to dig a little deeper in his pockets and quit pinching pennies. In the meantime, I'm pouring out this cup of coffee and am in search of some brewed Java. read more

I want to love this place. I love that it's in Bryant and they've done a great job on the ambience. So far, though, I haven't liked the taste of the coffee. I've tried cold brew and pour-over (they didn't have anything hot that was already brewed). I don't know if it's how it's roasted or what, but I really haven't liked the taste.
