They explain everything thoroughly. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but they make it comfortable and it is a pleasure to go to a place where they know what they are doing. When you walk in, the waiting room is fairly small, but the chairs are comfy and the reception gals are very friendly! There's also a large TV that helps pass the time if you have to wait for a few minutes. On this trip, I was only in the waiting room for about 3-4 minutes. For the last several visits, Maira has done my cleaning. She's quite thorough and my teeth are squeaky clean when I'm done! Dr. Thomas is awesome, she's willing to spend all of the necessary time talking with you about your questions/concerns about your teeth (hopefully you don't have any!).
