Once we paid the balance off, we kept receiving bills from collections telling us we had the same balance. I've spoke to 4 employees at that office regarding this issue. They all say we don't have a balance yet the bills don't stop coming. It's awful they don't even get back to you to try and resolve something so simple. I regret ever coming here and referring my family. Terrible incompetent customer service!

So I scheduled an appt and the new dentist advised that the existing teeth had experienced trauma and there is no way to tell if they were going to 'die' until I start seeing discoloration in the teeth. His solution, was to hold off for a couple weeks to let them heal or 'die' off. So I cancelled my appt with Ryan the day before my procedure. My appt WAS scheduled at 7a, but remember I had cancelled it. He literally called my house at 7a and was (I'm paraphrasing) telling me how stupid this decision was and that I needed to get into his office right away to get this done. Completely unprofessional!...20 years later, and I still have my original teeth, all because my parents told me to get a second opinion! Would NEVER recommend going here.

There's also a large TV that helps pass the time if you have to wait for a few minutes. On this trip, I was only in the waiting room for about 3-4 minutes. For the last several visits, Maira has done my cleaning. She's quite thorough and my teeth are squeaky clean when I'm done! Dr. Thomas is awesome, she's willing to spend all of the necessary time talking with you about your questions/concerns about your teeth (hopefully you don't have any!).
