So some work on Saturdays, which is very convenient and they all have their own prices. My sister has gone to Sara, she is amazing! I go to Rachel and love her! On Aug 21st I contacted her on Instagram and was told the salon is closed on the 22nd. No apology or anything even after I told her the system sent me a reminder to show up. Had I not contacted her on Instagram I would have been at the shop wondering what happened. Even after contacting her on Instagram I rescheduled a new appointment, but I will promptly cancel that since she couldn't bother to muster up an apology. I'm glad I did that because Karmen ended up running behind but informed me in advance and kept me updated up until my adjusted time. I asked for a simple Halo Braid with some gold hardware and it turned out beautiful. I liked that she asked me about my hair regimen and potential issues so she could adjust accordingly. I had specifically picked her because I normally wear my hair natural, and wanted someone who cared about their clients hair health. I really enjoyed talking to her and her good energy made the appointment fun. I wish I had taken more close up pictures of my hair, but I got so many compliments on it.
