Kip was a last minute switch for us as our scheduled inspector couldn't be there. I was not disappointed. Kip was very thorough, he took extra pains to double and triple check areas of concern, he spent time explaining each thing to me, answering my questions, giving me advice as to how to fix minor problems, and suggesting other professionals to fix major problems. We had our report in hand the next day and, so far, his recommendations have been excellent. Kip is very thorough. He was extremely easy to work with and was willing to answer any questions that we had. He was fast to inspect the property, which was in a rural area. He then produced a very detailed report in less than two day after inspection. The system that he uses is extremely user friendly. We were able to compile a contingency report right from his program that our realtor was able to send to the listing agent.
