This company cost me an extra month of driving my vehicle around in disrepair!…read more 1) They called me on the morning of the scheduled estimate to cancel, saying that another insurance company had booked the same time. 2) After speaking to the manager, they took my car in (as previously booked). After having me wait for 1/2 an hour, the manager took some photos. They said they would call me when the parts come in a week or two later. 3) After about 2.5 weeks of waiting for their phone call -- I called them. The person that took the phone call could not provide me with a status and said the manager would phone me back. The manager never phoned me back, so I reached out to my insurance company. My insurance company informed me that they never provided an estimate. This company prevented my rear-ended damage from getting assessed and fixed by a month! As they outright lie they obviously don't have integrity, and for this reason, I would encourage fellow drivers to seek better car care and not use this particular deceitful company! Or perhaps better worded: Don't waste your time with this company!

He even took us to the car rental place but it was closed.This very kind guy took us home still towing our car which was very smashed up. He not only allowed us to unpack our car but he called a car rental for us and arranged a rental for us before taking our car with him for the last time. He was EXTREMELY rude and cut me off even before I could explain why I was calling. If this service, Citi Towing, approaches you during a motor vehicle accident, please save yourself the trouble. ZERO service provided whatsoever. Not the best people to interact with especially after a traumatic experience (if you went through a vehicle accident), or just in general. I even had to assert that I needed to see the damage to my car as they refused to initially cooperate and let me take pictures of my damaged car.
