They picked up my car and first off this hillbilly claimed my car was "possessed" because he couldn't find the volume dial which I guess couldn't be more obviously big, or centered (2" diameter silver knob, dead centered) in the car for him to figure out. That being said, the next day I picked it up from my licensed mechanic that I've been going to for years as he explained that my ignition had been damaged because some jackass wrenched the key out (now who else with such a disregard for the obvious could be responsible????) I'm a very patient and understanding person, I had called the business and politely presented my case to numerous people until I had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with this anal wart, John. Right off the bat he started yelling at me, talking over me, threatening me - I'm not sure what backwater barn this guy was born in but his ignorance and lack of customer service is certainly no paying customer should tolerate. All in all, thanks to this shitheel, I was stuck with a $300 bill to repair what their incompetent dumbass employee did to my car. BE WARNED!!! STAY FAR AWAY, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! Don't be scammed and don't get your car damaged further. These guys should NOT have any business license!!

He told me I only can get it on Monday and no extra charges will apply.I called their number and I was told that I can get my car on Monday plus charges of $60 per day till Monday. I am in process in filing court claim. Stay away from this company and I will make sure the company who hired them will not use them again.
