These suckers aren't cheap so that is what has held me back. However after weeks of him begging and since we are on foot 98% of the time I figured what the hell. The local toy store was out of stock. We were on a bus going to the huge mall in Shepards Bush when out the window I saw London Joggers. I figured if any place had these things they sure looked like they would. So after the mall we stopped in. Not only did they carry what I wanted. They had tons to choose from, and scooters in all sorts of colors shapes and sizes. They even had a horn for the thing which I promptly bought only to later deeply regret. A 3 year old with a clown horn? Not my brightest moment ever if you know what I mean. Anyway, the scooter is a hit, the staff was super friendly, helpful and nice and it was even a pound or two cheaper than the toy store.

I had my wheel changed and they didn't bother to recalibrate the brakes, so when I cycled home I almost had an accident. I had asked whether they checked it was ok when I picked it up (politely) and all I got was 'OF COURSE ITS FINE' practically yelled at me. don't bother with this place!

Two years ago it required a bunch of work (so they told me) for my MOT & servicing, including a new set of spark plugs. Last years I brought it again for an MOT, and yet again, it required a bunch of work, including yet another full set of spark plugs. I drove the car less than 2,500 miles between those two visits a year apart. How can a whole new set of plugs be needed to replace a barely used set after one year and less than 2,500 miles? I have a theory, but to avoid a pissing contest, I won't state it here. Draw your own conclusions. I won't go back here ever again and have found another MOT & servicing shop that doesnt leaving me feeling swizzed.
