They were able to schedule me for the next day and arrived promptly. By the time I returned from my errands and only an hour into their cleaning, I walked into a house smelling like lavender and lemon instead of chemicals and bleach. Right then and there, I knew that I chose the absolute right service. The 2 women cleaning my house were friendly but unobtrusive. detail oriented, thorough and totally on it. The reason why I chose this company in the first place was because of their green and Earth friendly products, which they make themselves! Unbelievably cool! I know I'm possibly geeking out about this fact but I am so committed to being as Earth friendly as possible so finding a company that supports this same value was fabulous. Even if you don't believe in being earth friendly, this company has definitely set the bar for the best cleaning service that exists anywhere I have lived. They're a little pricey but utterly worth every penny!

All I really needed was the bathrooms and kitchen cleaned, and they went far beyond! The ceiling fans got wiped down from both sides of the blades, light switches got cleaned (I never thought about cleaning those), even my small outdoor patio got swept and cleaned! Eric asked me detailedly about the size of our place, how many windows, doors we had, type of floor. Try to tell him as detail as you can, he charged me the same as he wrote in the contract, no extra charge. When the day came, Eric & Brittany got to our place on time, as we had nearly 3000 sqfl and only 2 of them to clean it, give them enough time to do their job. They get paid by size, not by hours, they will be there as long to take to finish their job, I like that. Finally they used 8 hours total to clean our house, they missed a little here and there, but just go through the whole place with them and let them know, they will clean those missing spots for you. They are friendly and sweet and they did such a splendid job. Also as they don't get credit card and I had no cash with me, they went with me all the way back to my new home ( glad it's not too far ) to collect it. Thanks for their thoughtfulness and I definitely highly recommend them to everyone who need someone to clean your place.

After booking the cleaner for a move-in move out clean, I was told upon their arrival that I would need to pay an up charge for the "construction dust" the cleaner claimed was everywhere since we'd had carpet removed. The carpet removers had already cleaned once, but I agreed to the requested, on the spot, up charge of $100+ on the condition that the Condo be truly and completely clean when it was done. After the first attempt at this services cleaning, the condo might as well not have been touched. Entire rooms had been missed. Shelves had not been cleaned and the cleaner had not even noticed that some of the closets were there. We spoke to the owner, and they agreed to send her back out, She did return and try cleaning again. She did actually go into all the rooms and though there was visible dirt (black in windowsills, old built up dust on the outlets, smudges on the windows, etc.) we did accept this cleaning job because I just wanted this mess to be over. But weeks later and I'm still finding places where she just did not clean. I paid for a move in move out clean WITH an up charge for extra cleaning and got...two days of stress and the old owners crumbs still in the kitchen drawers. Sinks, windowsills, cabinets. I've spent hours scrubbing them all myself. I paid hundreds of dollars and I wholeheartedly regret wasting the money. Please don't repeat my mistake.
