I was having renos done and they were to be finished prior. Imagine my surprise, no confirmation call prior and to let me know the name of the cleaner, nor did anyone show up at 9:00. I waited till 9:30 and left to go about my day. Guess I'm taking my recurring cleaning business elsewhere.

However, I was misled about the capacity of the truck and trailer. A representative came to my home beforehand, viewed the items, and assured me everything would fit in their truck and trailer. On moving day, the trailer was much smaller than expected and only about 60% of my belongings fit. They also arrived almost one hour late. Because of this, I was left scrambling to find last-minute help to finish clearing the house. I was always willing and prepared to pay, and I did pay by e-transfer in good faith. When I tried to discuss the situation with Josh (the owner), I was accused of wanting free labour, which I never asked for. I simply expressed that I felt misled about what equipment and capacity was being provided. Had I known everything would not fit, I would have rented a U-Haul or chosen another company with appropriately sized equipment. Communication and professionalism after payment were disappointing.

In my office, she helped me cull through years of paperwork that had been accumulating in piles. A few months later, I hired Louise to come back and help with our kitchen. Again, she helped us organize everything, from labeling and alphabetizing all of our spices, to helping us get a handle on our pantry and kitchenware. Louise works really hard, is easy to talk to, can work with different personality types (several of my friends use her too!), helps you donate/trash unwanted items, and makes you love your house again.
