DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! These guys recently just broke my cars back glass and denied all liability. This business is really unprofessional and just wants your money. They don't care if they scratch or damage your car. Manager Juan is a poor representation of a manager for the company since he wasn't able to resolve the issue. I saw the employee crack my car's back glass in front of me and the manager still refused to pay for the damages. If you're thinking of getting a wash there be prepared to pay for all the scratches and damages Sparkling Image does. Again, DO NOT USE THIS CAR WASH! They're a shady company.

Just had my car washed for $44.99 and the results were bad. Swirl marks from the waxing and did not fully clean the bottom sides of my car. Disappointed...

Every time I come here they always do a bad job. You think I would learn and not go back. I also tip, then when I get home I look at everything and get mad that I did. For the price you pay, you would think it would be a great job. When the lady asked me what service I wanted I told her just the $25 dollar one and armor the inside. I went in to pay, just swiped my card then went and sat down. When I got in to my car I noticed the armor wasn't done. So before I went off on them I looked at my receipt, and I wasn't charged! When I got home I took a look and noticed water spots and dust and dirt still on my car. The inside was half a$$ wiped down. So no I do not recommend this place!

So we previously had a membership for 2 of our cars and this Sparkling Image is closest to our house. For the most part I liked this car wash place, they did their job and they did what I came there for; however, service wasn't always the same. Workers are amazing and are always friendly, but sometimes my car wasn't cleaned thoroughly. I don't think they've ever vacuumed my trunk unless we asked them to and sometimes they would forget to put the car freshener. There are some workers who deserve 5 stars by themselves, but my rating is based on my total experience. I believe the other locations are different and this one was average. This location is located off of White Ln and Gosford and this location stays pretty steady. There's not a long wait time and normally we go in and out in about 20-45min, there are days it's longer when there's tons of customers, but the average time is not too bad. I prefer the downtown location versus this location, but this one is close by. It's not a bad car wash place, I just think like any establishment you're not always gonna get top notch experience, but you expect it especially if you're committed to their monthly service. Like any review, I think you should check them out for your own experience and see if they are good for you.

I think a microfiber towel would get that on a smooth surface or even maybe a vacuum?

For a 50$ hand car wash they don't wipe down internals with micro towels or put any sealants for that cost. I had to bring it back due to multiple water spots. I had to argue with Jon about cleaning the interior I said this is the reason I wanted you to see it. I asked about the mats and he said they don't do that. I said when I go to LA and get a $50 dollar hand wash that's what they do. I showed him the issues and yet when I got my car back they didn't even fix the issue. The water spots are gone they did the mats for free they normally charge $5 per mat. Anyways this is my opinion.

Took 45 minutes for a car wash, and the car wasn't even cleaned. When I complained, they tried to upsell me for a $150 detailing service. Bad service. Rip off!

PLEASE READ IF YOU WANT DECENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! (Wible and White Ln) UPDATED: Big Thanks to Mr. Fisher (Regional Manager) for calling me. We will be taking my moms car tomorrow to the Rosedale location. WORST customer service from Manny. We took our car yesterday for an interior and exterior wash which included a thorough wipe down of the dashboard and a carpet and seat wash. When they returned the car to us, they basically returned it in the same condition. They did a half-assed job. When we picked up the car, Manny said to bring in our car in the next few days to get it cleaned again in 30 minutes, which was the first red flag. Why would he propose that if the car was "clean" already? When we went in today to let them know that the car wasn't clean, Manny started getting defensive right away. My mom and I tried to show him the dirt and he refused to even look at the car. My mom pointed out the rims and he said "yes, they're dirty" exactly our point! I don't understand why he was being so rude to us if we just wanted to show him the car and address the issues. Feeling defeated, I called the Rosedale location to see if they could point me in the right direction. The assistant manager was so nice and tried to help me out. She tried calling a manager but was unsuccessful getting ahold of someone . She advised us to call corporate which we are planning on doing. My husband and I have been customer (Rosedale location) for years and we have only had great customer service. Not sure what's going on with this location. To the district manager or corporate can you please help us in getting our money back? We refuse to go back!

****Update***** STILL DON'T TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!! Was contacted on my review yesterday by the regional manager Carl Fischer who told me to take it back today and they would do a special treatment to fix the swirl marks and make it right. Well I get there this morning and the manager James said oh no I already did that treatment yesterday the swirl marks aren't gonna come out. Hey buddy I worked in the car business and I know for a fact they will come out. We did it at the dealerships all the time! How about just say fuck you we don't care about your business and I'll take my money somewhere else!! Thanks for nothing!!! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! So I took my brand new Subaru over here and I wanted to get a solid wash and wax since it's brand new. I paid for the $120 clay bar wash and wax. I left it with them for 2 hours. Came back and the first thing I noticed was that it wasn't even washed correctly. Dirt still in the windshield sill, fenders still filthy and grime on the rims. Then I start to look closer and they left smudging and swirl marks all over my paint. My brand new car!!!! I spoke to the manager James and he promised to redo it even if he had to personally do it himself another time as I couldn't wait another 2 hours. Today I dropped it off at 9:30 and picked it back up at 12:30. I'm showing pictures of how I picked it up. They speak for themselves. I'm just very disappointed. I mean I even gave them a 2nd chance to make it right!!
