I recently brought my vehicle in to purchase two new tires, have my rear rotors replaced, and have…read moreall four brakes done. During my initial visit, the two new tires were installed, but only the rear rotors and rear brake pads were replaced, even though my receipt reflected something different. After leaving, I noticed that my brakes and vehicle sounded even worse than when I originally brought it in. Since I live an hour away, it was frustrating and inconvenient to have to make another trip back to the shop. When I returned today, Austin took the time to look into the situation and discovered that some of the work I had requested had not been completed. He immediately recognized the mistake and made sure the issue was corrected by installing two new front rotors and front brake pads. He handled everything professionally, efficiently, and in a timely manner. I have been a loyal customer for years and have never experienced an issue like this before. While the initial situation was disappointing, I am extremely grateful for Austin's honesty, professionalism, and willingness to make things right. He turned what could have been a very negative experience into a positive one. Austin is truly an asset to this company.
