I purchased a Groupon for a great deal. Made the appointment for the same day. There was no wait when I arrived. Hannah was my tech. She was very nice and efficient. It was my first time doing this and she took her time to explain the different types of hair and styles. I did the 'human hair' in lash sizes 12 & 13 in the 'Sexy' style. I had shown her photos of the natural look I was trying to achieve. She nailed it. It was a $30 up charge for the 'human hair' (which she said is not real hair just very life-like synthetic). Amazing job! My first time coming here after being lash-less in quarantine and Cici was incredible. Very gentle and sweet the entire session, and efficient with time! My appointment was at 11:30am and she had my lashes done by 12:30pm. Also very pleased to see all employees being very sanitary, wearing masks and using hand sanitizer before beginning the session. Not sure what happened. I had been going to the salon for over three years and left when one of the technicians left a year ago. I decided to come back and try them again. Well, that was a mistake! I purchased a 3 session packet and selected shape, size and lash texture. The lash technician did not follow the card and did my lashes wrong. I let it go and came in for my next session. Well, she did it wrong again. When I asked if my card stated the correct size she snapped and said I see many customers and cannot remember them all. that's when I explained why not follow the card? I requested the owners number to discuss my disappointment, and was given a fake number. I stepped back into the salon and asked for the owners real number, and the technician told me she was the owner and told me I complain too much. I agree I had a lot to say but only because I was not getting the service I paid for. There are 1 million lash places, don't waste your time here where the "supposed" owner hides from her own mistake! Summary: WARNING: Beware of lashes being pulled out. Cece pulled my natural lashes out. The eyelash extension process isn't supposed to hurt during or after the extension. Bec it's close in distance and I was thinking maybe the first time, she might have been having a bad day, I went to her for a 2 week fill. HUGE MISTAKE! She literally pulled out more the second time. It hurt so badly that even after a couple of days, my eyelids were sore. Further, the process should take at least an hour. She took 30min. Anyone in that much hurry isn't doing a good job. I subsequently went to another eyelash salon and the technician there verified how much lashes she pulled out. Cece left a hole as if a patch of lashes were pulled out. I now have to wait until my lashes grow back. While I was there, there was another client who was upset as well. Their lash quality is the worst I've ever had. If I could give them no stars I would. Update: lashes still didn't grow back. She has caused serious damage to my lashes. Save yourself from ever going through this. read more
