He comes out and tell me he wasn't giving me my phone and canceled my order before even trying to give an explanation. He does not know how to deescalate a situation. He just made the situation worse and worse. I've spent almost a week trying to get my phone replaced, of course he kept suggesting I upgrade. He was only trying to sell me a phone. I ended up having to call T-mobile and was directed to do a new insurance claim. I was still given the wrong information. still without a phone all because Nic, the supervisor, would not give me my order.

We live 500 miles away so we could not help in person . I called this location and spoke with Kyle. He was helpful and professional. He Said he would be happy to help her set it up once her phone was delivered. He also made sure I knew exactly what information she would need to have with her so the process would be as smooth as possible. She was able to make an appointment and Kyle took great care of her. We are very thankful that someone could help her out since we are so far away!

I was charged $25 for being 24 hours late in…read morepaying my bill, however when I asked for $ off since there were multiple outages over 2 weeks for maintenance of poles ( they messaged me explaining) i was told i would need to file that i had the outage and it would need to be out more than 24 hours for me to be reimbursed my inconvenience.... doesnt seem fair to me. I was also "educated" to being disconnected and told i could look up owner information on the internet (I'm still in an outage) and that im obviously upset so a manager would call me back, i could not be transferred or hold for one. I feel like as the only option available it is unfair to take advantage of paying customers making me at least feel like im being stolen from. The worker i spoke with made assumptions on how i felt interrupting me to "educate" me (her words) instead of hushing and listening... if i were "upset" that would be why. So if a manager from the Jonesboro location should read this, i eould love a call back, as no one has yet to communicate with me, or even Mr. Heath Simpson, is who i was told was C.E.O. would please provide an email address that would be great....im still in an outage.

We had a replacement sync up kids watch sent to the store for insurance replacement. (This is not…read moremy first time going through the process actually my 4th) last month called the 1800 number and for whatever reason the issue wasn't handled. But called Tuesday and the watch was at the store Wednesday! Great! My husband took it up there they refused to exchange it because of a scratch on the face! I called and talked to Michael told him that it was a warranty exchange and he told me that they wouldn't have sent the warranty exchange to the store. I told him that they in fact would and had 4 other times and their process that includes their time lock safe. He still tried to make me feel wrong. Shortly after getting off the phone with him I got a call from customer service from a survey about the call from Tuesday and they made the situation right. So I will forever bypass the store and deal with customer service only.
