    Well, things have changed as of yesterday, so I feel obligated to update my review…read more I noticed yesterday evening that my Internet had not slowed to a crawl by 6pm, as it normally does. I was able to stream a YouTube video and check a couple Facebook notifications on my phone at the same time, without the video buffering. I haven't been able to do that in ages. I ran a few speed tests last night and got a solid 19.5 Mbps each time! I'm getting the same results today (Saturday) - normally Saturdays are slow all afternoon. I checked my modem's config page and noticed that I'm now connecting to 8 downstream channels, rather than 4 channels. It seems like they've implemented a significant upgrade in the last couple days to be able to push more channels. I'm improving my rating to 2 stars. I'm quite satisfied with the service as it is now, but I'm skeptical that it will continue. I also cannot forget about all the troubles I've had in the past.

    Every interaction with this company is irritating. Every year when it's time to renew our internet…read moreplan- they change it without telling us. They typically say "the plan you were on expired and we don't offer it anymore". We're then expected to pay a $20-$50 difference for renewing services. We get charged random charges often. Our bill isn't consistent even though we don't add or make changes. When we ask what's costing us they say it's a prorate charge, or it costs $5 to get rid of unlimited data, or whatever to get more $$$$. Unfortunately they're the only company where we live that will service us so we're stuck. But it's a bad time every time. We never know if we're going to get a normal bill or not.

I was told…read morethat they would give me 4 IPhones 15 plus if I signed up that day. they also gave us "free" IPads! they are now charging me for the "free" phones and IPads. I wanted to change the color of my phone after a couple of days. they brought me a different color of phone, charged me about $150 for the difference. I thought that I was getting a different IPhone 15 until I took it to get a new case for it. The young man told me that I had gotten an IPhone 16Plus. I didn't think anything about it until I saw my bill. I was being charged over 1,098 for this phone. This is even after she had tried to get me to buy a 16 plus IPhone. I told her several times that I would get an IPhone 16 pro max if I was going to buy another phone. I didn't want the debt just yet. Yet she gave me the Iphone 16 plus without informing me. It's gets worse! I called the office to explain what had happened. They said that it was too late. That I had had it too long. I kept explaining to them that I had received this phone under false circumstances. I finally talked to a lady that willing to work with me after multiple phone calls. She explained that the agents that I had talked to we're not able or knew how to help. Her name was Terri, who was the first person to try to help me. Terri arranged for me to go to a corporate office to turn in the phone! She said that she would call me at a certain time to explain what was going on. I did as she told me to do.. I went to office and talked to the manager, who flat out told me that it was too late to return. I told him that someone from the head office wanted to talk to him. He said that he would not talk to her nor anyone else. He call the police on me when I tried to tell him that I had a right to be there. The police refused to talk me; told me to leave since he had a right to kick me out of the store. I was pretty traumatized by the whole process! Terri tried to call 4 different managers. None of them answered the phone. My advice is to stay away at all costs! I'm now stuck for 3 years with this company! I would give them a -10 if possible!

Never get this service as far as the internet Air is concerned because you will never know what your bill is supposed to do or when it's due so far I have three due dates.
