I came into the store because of the previous service. Of course, (of course the young lady that waited on me is no longer employed at this branch), but the young man that took care of my problem was GREAT!!! Verizon is just a fraud company!! i went to them to start new service for 4 phones. I was told that they would give me 4 IPhones 15 plus if I signed up that day. they also gave us "free" IPads! they are now charging me for the "free" phones and IPads. I wanted to change the color of my phone after a couple of days. they brought me a different color of phone, charged me about $150 for the difference. I thought that I was getting a different IPhone 15 until I took it to get a new case for it. The young man told me that I had gotten an IPhone 16Plus. I didn't think anything about it until I saw my bill. I was being charged over 1,098 for this phone. This is even after she had tried to get me to buy a 16 plus IPhone. I told her several times that I would get an IPhone 16 pro max if I was going to buy another phone. I didn't want the debt just yet. Yet she gave me the Iphone 16 plus without informing me. It's gets worse! I called the office to explain what had happened. They said that it was too late. That I had had it too long. I kept explaining to them that I had received this phone under false circumstances. I finally talked to a lady that willing to work with me after multiple phone calls. She explained that the agents that I had talked to we're not able or knew how to help. Her name was Terri, who was the first person to try to help me. Terri arranged for me to go to a corporate office to turn in the phone! She said that she would call me at a certain time to explain what was going on. I did as she told me to do.. I went to office and talked to the manager, who flat out told me that it was too late to return. I told him that someone from the head office wanted to talk to him. He said that he would not talk to her nor anyone else. He call the police on me when I tried to tell him that I had a right to be there. The police refused to talk me; told me to leave since he had a right to kick me out of the store. I was pretty traumatized by the whole process! Terri tried to call 4 different managers. None of them answered the phone. My advice is to stay away at all costs! I'm now stuck for 3 years with this company! I would give them a -10 if possible! read more

Very slow service. Been here30 minutes now. The same 5 people are still in front of me. Why is it so difficult to make one purchase & leave. Feels like Hotel California. You can check, but you can never leave. read more

If I could leave less than 1 star, I would. Recently received a letter regarding discount expiration on my account and took it into my local Longview store when it opened. My husband and I were the only customers in the store. There were at least 5 employees standing around and 2 of them converged at the same time appearing very eager to help me. Probably because they thought I wanted to buy a phone. I showed the letter to one of them and suddenly they became dismissive and rude. I was told they don't deal with discounts in-store. I'm retired so the employer discount no longer applies to my account, however, the only reason I went there was because when I previously got my discount applied to my account last year, it was done there in-store and I was no longer tied to an employer discount then but they still managed to process my request. I was rudely told they no longer take care of discounts in-store. I assume the third person to walk up was a manager asking what was going on and the clerk was very unprofessional in explaining our exchange, so I filled in the missing details. If this was a policy change since my last visit, that would be fine if the young lady displayed even a shred of customer service in handling my inquiry. There is a way an employee should treat any customer, and especially a long-time customer, rather than the way I was treated. Do not waste your time at this store as they have no idea what customer service is nor do they care. read more

My husband and I went in this afternoon because I was having an issue with my new phone setup. I spoke to Daniel who told me I was next in line. when the 30 min mark hit and 2 customers had finished up I politely asked if he knew about how much longer it might be. He said he didn't know and all he could tell me was I am next. at an hour my husband approached him in the front of the store and said every time an employee gets done with a customer they disappear in the back and don't come back out. There are 2 sales reps on the floor right now and more than 5 were working. Daniel raises his voice and yells at my husband that he is being an asshole and if he continues we will be asked to leave. My husband said we have waited an hour and this is how you're going to treat a customer? Daniel said he didn't care who we are. He then told us to leave and called the police on us. This a person who is dangerous to a business to put them in charge of anything. He was a disgusting individual. Thankfully we were able to be assisted by the store down the street. Daniel needs to be fired and honestly I hope the police gave him a talking to about wasting their time. read more
