Hate to say it and hate writing negative reviews but Ty, you need some advice. I've been getting my…read morenails done for years. Same thing every time. DIP/SNS on my real nails and it's always a baby pink. Ty was kind upon arrival and was on time, but his salon is clearly dirty. It doesn't appear as though he washes his tools after each customer nor lines the pedicure bowl from previous pictures on here. My nail color is extremely uneven, my nails are poorly filed and shaped, and he didn't ask me what shape I wanted. One has already chipped. I just am so sad that I paid $60 for this. Especially in this economy. Please just make customers feel like they're important and that you value their patronage.

It turned out to be a sole proprietorship run by a gentleman named Ty, who gave me a wonderful pedicure earlier today. It was such a pleasant experience in so many ways. He asked me what type of music I enjoy and promptly found a station. He offered me something to drink. He made sure I was very comfortable and proceeded to give me an excellent pedicure. I cheerfully and heartily recommend Ty at Lavish Nail!

The classic pedicure took care of my issues & left my feet refreshed. The space here is very pretty & well decorated. Seats are comfortable & equipment is new & clean. They offer free drinks for you to enjoy & the hot lemon ginger tea helped me relax & wake up for my 9am appointment. Staff were all very kind & welcoming. My tech Hannah was highly recommended on Google & she took great care of my feet & was very personable as well. I would not hesitate to recommend VSL & Hannah. If you book online she has a little koala avatar so that's the one to pick.

The location is also perfect -- you can easily stroll around before or after your appointment, which I love. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the salon is immaculate every single time. I've tried other places both in Hendersonville and downtown, and nothing compares to the vibe and cleanliness here. One of my favorite parts: they have a separate VIP pedicure room. If you're feeling a little bougie or just want a peaceful moment to yourself, it is heavenly -- quiet, relaxing, and worth every penny. They also offer waxing services, which is so convenient. I had my eyebrows done during my visit, and it was truly a one-stop shop with very reasonable pricing. Whether you book ahead or walk in, I'd highly recommend this place. I can't wait to come back!

When I walked…read morein of course I was asked what I wanted and I advised I wanted a mani acrylic overlay and I showed her a picture of exactly what I wanted! She begins the process and starts the first layer of polish and then stops and tells me that the color won't work as it's too translucent and my nail can be seen underneath. I asked if we could look at other colors as close to the inspo pic as possible. she suggested that I just get one color and be done. As we're looking at colors she gets frustrated with me and starts shaking her head and speaking in her native language! I finally told her to just paint them 1 color. All of her theatrics made me suddenly feel like I'm a problem! She finished and the nails LOOK HORRIBLE!!!! Each nail is a different size, it's messy, the paint job is inconsistent and you can see through it! Please save your money and go somewhere else! Mind you l, I never write reviews but I was treated very poorly yesterday, on top of paying for the worst nail job I've ever received!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!?
