Real patient, real review. I know you're giggling Dr. P, but as promised, had to leave a review…read more I've had such a positive experience with this dental office, and what has stood out to me most is how genuinely they care about their patients and their experience. I initially had some challenges during my first visit, particularly with my hygienist experience and the recommendation for a deep cleaning. I left feeling a little uncertain and uncomfortable with how that portion of the appointment went. However, when I shared my concerns, both the front desk staff and the dentist took my feedback with the utmost concern and compassion. I genuinely felt heard, and they went above and beyond to make things right. My experience since then has been completely different, and I really love the staff here. Everyone has been warm, welcoming, and attentive, and I appreciate how thoughtfully they handled my initial concerns rather than dismissing them. The dentist himself is fantastic. His energy is top tier -- personable, positive, and reassuring -- while also being incredibly knowledgeable. He takes the time to explain what he's seeing, what he recommends, and why, in a way that is easy to understand and never overwhelming. I feel comfortable asking questions and feel much more confident about the care I'm receiving. If you found him via social media and think it's just a "hot dentist," you'll be pleasantly pleased by how smart this doctor is and how much he truly cares for your dental health. It's easy to have a great impression when everything goes perfectly from the beginning, but I think it says even more about a practice when they listen to concerns and genuinely work to make the patient experience better. I really appreciate the compassion, professionalism, and care they've shown me, and I'm very happy I gave them the opportunity to address my concerns.

I finally worked up the courage to come in, and from the second I walked through the door, everyone made me feel incredibly comfortable, safe, and most importantly, never judged for being nervous or for waiting so long to get the tooth taken care of. Dr. Kashani knew how scared I was and immediately reassured me that I was in good hands. He introduced me to everyone who would be helping with my treatment and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable before anything was done. Dr. Adami, Dr. Aldea, Armin, Susie, and Masha were all AMAZING. Every single person I interacted with was kind, patient, reassuring, and genuinely made what I thought was going to be a horrible experience feel completely manageable. I ended up having my root canal and temporary crown done, and I honestly couldn't believe how easy the whole experience was. I had built it up in my head to be so much scarier than it actually was. The atmosphere here is also just different. It feels welcoming and fun rather than cold or intimidating like so many dental offices can feel. I walked in absolutely petrified and walked out feeling like I had finally found a dentist and team I can trust. I actually feel comfortable coming back, which is something I NEVER thought I would say about going to the dentist. I'm even moving forward with Invisalign with Dr. Kashani because of how much I trust him after this experience. Thank you Dr. Kashani, Dr. Adami, Dr. Aldea, Armin, Susie, Masha, and everyone else who took such good care of me. You guys completely changed my experience with going to the dentist. I know they have a new front desk team but wow I didn't know this would make such an impact on the overall experience. For as long as I can remember, my insurance has been covering 3x/year visits. The last time I went, the front desk informed me this was incorrect and I now owed them money from previous visits. When I told them it was their own front desk team who confirmed 3x/year visits were covered, they said their team had been wrong and now I owed money. Diabolical for an office to make a mistake and then demand money 4+ months later. After I paid, my cleaning was absolutely subpar and rushed with no check-in from the dentist afterwards. Unfortunately, after years of loyalty, I will now be looking for a new office
