The manager quickly came out and stopped me from taking pictures of the car that I supposedly hit and taking pictures of the area in the accident. It's all set up to prevent paying. Car wash is a scam. Recommend when they flag you in you wait for car lengths and then go in instead of letting them push your capacity and if you hit somebody in front of you paying for it like I did.

If I was using quarters at a typical coin wash, I would probably be out $25 considering the time I spent washing and vacuuming. They could have gone with a 3% discount for cash if they wanted to go down this dubious path. Paying by credit card gives important customer protections.
