Went to the website to get contact information and called the number there. The website redirects to Friendswood Plumbing Pros which seems to be a clearing house or job posting center. The automated voice asks for your zip code and then randomly directs you to a plumber. I got connected to someone who came out a day later and did the work, but the call center must have signed my phone number up for some call list! I've been getting calls from other plumbing businesses for 3 weeks now asking if I need a quote on a plumbing job! No! The work has already been done! Stop calling me! I've tried calling the business number to complain but each time the automated system sends me to some other random plumber. Do not use this company!

We ended up going with a new Carrier 4-ton variable speed unit and we could not of been happier with the installation of our new unit today. I can't believe how quick his A/C installers are with removing the old unit and installing the new unit. (4 Hours total from start to finish) His Installer's cleaned up extremely well and you would of never known that I had my whole unit replaced. Very Impressed!! Carrier Unit that we selected is super quiet and can't even hear it running. Bottom line is that if you're needing a great A/C Company to rely on in this Texas Heat you really need to call Air Flo and get them to come out and address your situation that your having with your A/C Unit. Thanks again Al Rubio and Laurie and all tech's who worked our job we truly appreciated such a smooth job performed today

He was very good at explaining what is included in the service call and gave me a ballpark price for what I needed done. I received a phone call this morning saying our technician was on his way and would be arriving in 20 minutes. Walker arrived right on time and addressed the issues we had. Our first issue was that the outlets in the garage sometimes trip for no reason. The service call charge is $84 and that gets applied to the bill in terms of covering your first issue. We had an outlet replaced and that should take care of the tripping problem. Our second issue was a request to add an outdoor outlet in the front of the house. I can't believe when the house was built they never thought to install one. We have 2 indoor outlets right on the other side of the brick and windows. Walker was very professional and knowledgeable and added the outlet outside and it has a protective box around it so moisture won't get into the electrical outlet. Walker did a wonderful job and I highly recommend Selectric Services for any electrical work you may need.
