I was very reluctant to Rent-A space due to the previous reviews tied to the business. However, I also acknowledge that these reviews are all years old so I took a chance. I walked in the door and I came out with the storage space I was treated fair and just I was treated with respect I was given clear instructions and great customer service. Chip has definitely calmed down compared to the post and reviews. I read earlier. Chip was a stellar gentleman in my opinion, the rest of the family followed suit. I told the guy to process the payment again and still gave me an excuse. Saying that their is something wrong with my card. Three days later he charged me $40 for late fee on the same card they he swore he could not use the make my payment. I am so upset of his unprofessional actions that I cancel my account with them and now using Public Storage across the highway. Such a rip off business.

I checked out of my unit and they refuse to prorate the rent. I understand that they can charge…read morethe rent for the month, but they are providing no service for it, so how do they justify doing so? In addition, the unit is open and ready to rent, leaving them with a potential for double income. I'm not asking for them to give me anything for free... just don't charge me for a service you're not providing. You can also expect rapid increases in your rent within months of moving in. You can't even talk to an actual person through customer service.... several steps in you are allowed to TEXT with them. There's too many options available to settle for this.
