I have unfortunately had the pleasure of many orthopedic injuries requiring several stints in physical therapy, so I have seen the range of what physical therapy gyms provide. I wholeheartedly recommend Sparacio PT as far and away the best physical therapy I have ever received and the only place I will go again (as long as I'm local). Special shout out to Danny C, who is an incredible therapist. I have gone to him for multiple injuries and have healed significantly faster than when receiving therapy in other locations, probably because they use a hands-on approach rather than just stretching and exercise. My sessions here are also much more efficient than at other gyms. I hated spending 2 hours at a time doing exercises and waiting for therapists or assistants to come tell me what to do next. Here, the physical therapist works directly on you, tells you what exercises to do, and then you're on your way. I work in healthcare and would send my own patients here. After searching for years, I found the best physical therapist in the New York area. Jack Sparacio has been treating me for 3 months and my back pain is a faded memory. Jack is a manual therapist and gently worked on my lumbar spine until I felt relief. He also gives the exercises to strengthen the muscles. There is excellent continuity of care because you see the same therapist at every visit. In addition to having golden hands, Jack has a friendly and warm personality. I am a former physical therapist. For the first time in my life I needed PT. I went to Sparacio Physical Therapy. This is PT the way it should be; hands on and tailored to my specific injury-which is a R medial scapula muscle weakness and severe pain (recurring for years). In 2 sessions, I noticed immediate improvement. No more pain meds! Yay! My hope is that a few more weeks of PT Sparacio, my recurring problem will be over. Today I finished 5 months of physical therapy on my shoulder. Thanks to Sparacio Physical Therapy my range of movement and level of is so much better. They are very patient respectful to how you feel during each session. I saw Jack Sparacio and his staff two years ago for a full tear of my ACL and meniscus. Several othropedists recommended surgery and with the expertise of Jack and his staff, I was back on the tennis court within three months. Jack is extremely knowledgable and my savior. I injured my back in February and was in so much pain. I was limping and had trouble standing up straight. The pain would wake me up at night. I started physical therapy with Danny Chiappetta in March and he helped me get back to my daily activities with minimal to no pain.
