I believe the front desk employee's name is Liz. During every visit, she has come across as dismissive, impatient, and unprofessional. She spoke to us with an attitude that made us feel like we were an inconvenience, and I witnessed her treating other patients in a similarly disrespectful manner. The front desk is the first impression of any medical office, and her behavior reflects very poorly on the practice. Patients who are already dealing with illness or pain deserve compassion and respect, not rudeness. Management should seriously address the customer service at the front desk before more patients choose to leave. I will not be returning to this office, and I will be recommending that friends and family seek care elsewhere.

If they could at least give accurate estimates, we could plan accordingly, take work calls while waiting, reschedule subsequent appointments, etc. - instead they just always say "you're next". They also do not take phone calls, let alone emails. Very difficult scheduling process. I've had enough of them. I have found a new neurologist and am referring my friends and family there as well.

I have been a patient at this practice for over 5 years. I suffer from osteoid arthritis of both…read moreknees. Up to this point, I was taking shots of a product called Synvisc on a 6-month basis. It gave me some relief for a couple of years. In the past 2 months I have taken Platelet-Rich Plasma shots; 2 in each knee. The results are unbelievable. I can literally jog after these treatments. I also have a torn rotator cuff and slap tears of my shoulder. Unfortunately, I have not had any success with the PRP shots for my shoulder, and will be going for surgery. I strongly recommend that if anyone experiences joint problems and wants to avoid surgery, they should consider visiting this practice. I did a lot of homework before I agreed to these shot. They have worked for Tiger Woods, Kobe Bryant, and Peyton Manning -all world class athletes. The shots are not covered by insurance but the relief I got to my knees are well worth the investment. Before I was finished, and 15 mins before the scheduled appointment , I was asked to come in and wait in one of the exam rooms. Dr. Caprarella came in a few minutes later, & was professional & attentive to my situation. She explained what tests she would like to do, & what the possible explanations for my situation were. She was very clear & answered every question I had. From there the staff waited on the dr's request for a stat MRI & got insurance approval in less than 30 mins. I was out of the office only about 45 mins after I first arrived. I cannot tell you how impressed I am with the entire staff at this Pro Health Center. 24 hrs later I just got a follow up call from the front desk. Wow!
