Where's zero stars? I found a gift card given to me prior to COVID. Came in to see how much was on it knowing my boss, who gave it to me, paid for an hour massage. There was no expiration on the card, yet I was told they don't accept those gift cards anymore. No expiration date should mean it doesn't expire. Pros and cons to this place... Pros: - I got the Groupon for the facial and massage. Both were okay... - They have ANDES at the front desk!! - Front staff was REALLY nice and friendly. Friendlier than the people performing the actual services. Cons: - Facial was supposed to be 30 minutes according to the Groupon. It was only 20. Cutting off 33% of service time seems like a significant amount to me... - I had to pay an extra $10 for more pressure during the Swedish massage, which I've never had to do at any other place. - Wasn't offered water after the massage. I had to deal with the owner Frank with my purchase from Groupon and when I say he has poor customer service and truly mean this! I paid over $140 for a 3 session laser treatment but come to find out they only charge $25 a session at the salon. When I contacted Frank about this he could care less. I have been here two times so far. I will say that I DO like that they don't harass you for a tip at the end of the massage so that's good... For the actual massage the most recent time, I'll just say that it was okay. It's probably partially my fault for not communicating more with the person doing it, but I didn't feel as relaxed as I typically do at other places. The one thing that bugged me the most though was that the massage ended 8-10 mins earlier than it should have. I am guessing it ended at the top of the hour so they could get to the next appointment but that's a slap in the face to me. read more

I looked around and decided to get the procedure called threading done on my face. I was really excited as I had read and shopped around for a place to get it done. I found this doctor and "assumed" it would be the best fit since she is an MD. I had this done on 04.14.2021 and once done with the procedure I was told to come back in eight weeks for a follow up. Week by week went by and I was so excited for my results. The next thing I know is my eight weeks were up and I never received a phone call for a follow up or to schedule a date to be seen which was told to me on the way out. It was pretty devastating for no results on a $1300 procedure but worse was no one cared enough to reach out and ask. I am not sure about other people but this is my experience and I feel like others need to know. read more

I have had many massages before. This was, by far, the worst massage I have ever had. I was on my stomach the entire Massage, he never asked me to turn over. He also never even touched my arms or my head! They asked on the form if I wanted them to touch my scalp and I said yes. He also asked me if there were any areas where I really needed extra attention, I told him that my lower back and hips needed it. He never even TOUCHED my lower back or hips! Whaaaat?? SpaOlogy is a great place to go get a massage. They offer customers a water on arrival. The massages are excellent. They can do deep tissue or a relaxing sweedidish massage. The prices are competitively prices and affordable. At SpaOlogy they also offer facials. I used to have a problem with clogged pores yuck right...sorry. Notice I said used to. They were 20 minutes late starting my message. I told them about my two problem areas that needed work. The young lady did not balance her time well during the message. The two problem areas, lower back and neck/shoulders, were not addressed; in fact she didn't message my neck and shoulders at all. I guess I didn't realize that feet were a trade-off. She told me that she doesn't usually do facials but that her boss said that she had to. She actually did a very good job with that. My other issue is that she was listening to different music than what was in the room, and I could hear it. My husband gave me a Groupon for Mother's Day. The actual massage that I received from the therapist was phenomenal. 5 stars to him. I wish I could remember his name! But, if you are worried whatsoever about Covid, this is definitely not the place for you. When I walked in, only one employee was wearing a mask, out of at least five or six employees that I saw walking around. Not only that, but they did not require masks for customers, so in addition to no employees wearing masks, no customers are wearing masks either. Seems to me like a breeding ground for Covid. I know Broken Arrow thinks that they are sovereign city & that Covid doesn't apply to them, but this type of business establishment should most certainly require masks-- especially for employees! Set the example, y'all. Thankfully the massage therapist wore a mask, but I was honestly extremely disappointed. Super bummed. I had to give 2 stars because of this. It's a PANDEMIC! read more

My Husband bought me a Gift Certificate for 3 (60 Minute) Massages for Christmas 2019. I called to book that following January. The day before my appointment I was called and told my Therapist had a Family Emergency and to reschedule. When I tried to do so they said they were booking into March 2020. So I booked the second week of March, again I was called and cancelled on for a Family Emergency. The following week COVID hit so there was no reschedule for the forseeable future. I was finally able to get an appt. Rescheduled for today Feb 5, 2021. Keep in mind I have yet to receive even 1 out of the 3 Massages my Husband pre-paid for. I went to my appt. today at 3pm on time. I filled out my paperwork and sat in the Lobby and at 3:20pm someone came out and said the Therapist I was booked with had just informed them that she had an Emergency and had to leave so they would need to reschedule once again. I then politely told the Receptionist that I would like to see about getting my money back because its been over a year and I have been more than patient and tried to work with them and have still yet to receive ANY of the services my Husband paid for. The response was the Owner was out of town and he would have to be the one to authorize that. They said they would just reschedule me once again for the end of February and call me when they heard something. Its been OVER A YEAR and I still can not get the services my Husband paid over $100 for. I feel as though I have been more than patient and understanding but something needs to be done. She always asks me where my problem areas are and what to avoid before beginning. The prices are VERY reasonable compared to other spas around town. I have been a client of Spaology for about 6 months for injectibles. The staff is amazing. I love going because everyone is so helpful and fun. The doctor not only does great work, but actually gave me tips on how to make my filler last longer. They also do Microblading and I've made an appointment to have that done as well! My wife bought me a Groupon to this place for Christmas. She bought me three, one hour massages. I scheduled he first one early January and was able to get within just a few days. I had Amber the first time. She told me to get undressed to whatever level I was comfortable with, proceeded to massage me and o enjoyed the experience. We talked a lot, it was a pretty good massage, and I was happy with the experience. I rescheduled with her for the second and this time we didn't talk at all (not a word), but I still enjoyed the massage overall and it helped some with my sore muscles. (I like really hard massages so I'll specify that next time). The 3rd massage I was able to get in the same day I called which was awesome. This time I had the owner. He was a little more firm than Amber was but was more fluid throughout the massage. I enjoyed the experience, the massage was great, and am glad I got the Groupon overall. They were definitely all good massages but a little more interaction and questions would have revealed what I like and don't like about massages and could have made the experience that much better. So I have been here before, a couple years ago - and LOVED it! This time was not the same as before. I asked about purchasing through Groupon before coming in and was told that I could purchase directly through the spa for the same price, this one time, however they told me that their price was $45, when I asked about doing a Deep Tissue massage. And, Groupon was only $35, so I went ahead and purchased through Groupon. When I got to my massage, the massage therapist told me it was another $10 for Deep Tissue - not a huge deal, but annoying and seemed deceptive since I had asked specifically for Deep Tissue on the phone and was not told that it was a $10 up-charge. The sheets on my massage table smelled musty/old. Kinda gross. My massage therapist was slightly awkward/little shy... but she did warm up some and was kind, but honestly not a good massage : /... very disappointing because I GREATLY needed a massage. I have had deep tissue before and this was just not right. She barely applied pressure and just held her hand lightly in one place for almost a minute before moving to the next area.
