They get 1 star for being friendly but the rest of the experience deserves Zero. We had a couple's massage. They do not cover your body with a sheet or blanket, you only get 1 white towel. My husband and I felt very exposed the entire time. The headrest was covered by paper towel, so not soft and relaxing at all. During the massage they talked to each other the ENTIRE time. So if you like a relaxing massage with soothing music THIS IS NOT THE PLACE! We honestly question if they have any real massage training. There was no real structure. The lady kept sliding her forearm up and down my spine which left my spine feeling sore for the next few days. We definitely will not ever go back. Finally. This is the slow, deep, attentive massage you've been looking for. I had an awful knot in my back that had been bothering my sleep for weeks but a one-hour session was all I needed. Honestly, the best professional massage I've ever had at an Asian parlor. I didn't opt for any additional services, but be aware that these and similar establishments frequently offer them. Great experience trying this new spot! Place is very clean, staff was friendly and hospitable. Bob was my massage therapist and he did an amazing job- very respectful and I could tell he's a professional who has been doing this for years! I'm looking forward to see how this new place becomes more of a "spa".. something like relaxing music or a noise machine in the massage rooms, artwork, plants, oil diffuser/candles.. those are little things I think would make it even better! I was really excited to find this place, but it did not live up to my expectations. It's expensive and overpriced for what you get. You're better off going to Massage Envy or Poppi considering how much Royalty Massage charges. On more than one occasion, the massage therapist answered their phone and had a conversation during my massage. Not very relaxing! On a different occasion, the therapist talked during the entire massage. The upside of Royalty Massage is that they can usually accommodate - unlike Massage Envy which is super hard to get into! read more

Anna is Fantastic. I will definitely return again. She is very professional and her soothing hands take my pain away. She is a great massage therapist and makes my body feel wonderful.
