I was in the airport and I knew that I would need a pair of gloves and as I had never really owned a pair living in Miami my whole life I walked into this store hoping they had some. I asked one of the store associates if they had any gloves for sale and they did.... thank goodness! Even better, they were on sale and got them for less than $30. He could have told me $100 I don't friggin know anything about buying gloves and considering how cold it was going to be I probably would have bought them. The associate was nice... he wanted to make sure my gloves fit and once we found they did, he rung me up and I was on my way. This purchase was well worth it. When I was experiencing those cold days and even colder nights and my coworker without gloves was putting his hands in his pockets in a futile attempt to keep them warm, I was thankful to have bought my gloves at exoffico.

I saw a bunch of items like mugs, key chains, t-shirts and sweatshirts with Atlanta logos, as well as several Atlanta sports franchise items. In terms of college merchandise, I saw a lot of University of Georgia items (which is actually located in Athens, GA, not in Atlanta) and ZERO merchandise for Georgia Tech, Emory, Morehouse or Georgia State University (which are some of the major universities in Atlanta). I was really upset about that...... so I asked the sales clerk if they had any GA Tech items in the back, she said NO. Only UGA. I said to her...I went to Tech, so as a good Yellow Jacket, I was not going to buy anything with a UGA Bulldog logo....LOL....

Getting to the mall I knew it was going to be crazy as the parking lot was loaded. For a mall that doesn't have that many stores, it was loaded. As always, somehow, I ended up spending money. lol. Manhattan: This store always gets the best of me. The urban street wear selections are always spot on and they usually have a good sale or buy one get one going on. The store is always clean and the clothes are in order by size. Though the store isn't huge, they make great use of space and the size I need is always easy to find. I went in, hit the jean rack as they had some great selections out with various washes and rip patterns so I couldn't pass them up. Found my size. Got in line and was out the door. The staff is always friendly and help to ensure the shopping experience is smooth. CitiTrend: You can't leave Greenbriar without hitting Cititrends. As it was the day before Christmas, the store was super loaded. The clothes were all over the place in the men's section, however, it wasn't horrible. You could tell people had been shopping all day and the staff was doing their best to keep the store in order. It didn't take me too long before I found a few things I wanted. lol. I walked the entire men's section. Grabbed a few sweatshirts and headed to the register. I love the register area as it always has some extra quick pick goodies. While in line, I grabbed a few hair care items I saw and was on my way. The cashier was efficient and super nice. She greeted me, smiled the entire time, and wished me a Merry Christmas as I departed. Overall, though I didn't want to spend any money at Greenbriar, I got some great deals on some great items as a whole.

The no exchanges and refunds is stated upon purchase and there's signs in the store- keep in mind this is a small business, not a corporation or franchise like forever 21, Macy's, or another store that has a different type of insurance and therefore different type of return policy. The owner himself doesn't manufacture the shoes or the clothes, he buys wholesale just like everyone else. He's not responsible for the shoes falling apart. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacture who could possibly replace them for you or at minimum offer to repair them free of charge. I contacted her mid day on Friday and she was able to hem my pants before the end of her workday on Saturday. There was a rush fee added to the price of the hem, which was completely understandable. She was very friendly, and her prices are fair. The pants look great, too. She even does custom design and embroidery work. I will definitely keep her in mind for future sewing needs.

So I'll was next in line, walked upto return/exchange counter & I pulled out my phone to pull up my ROSS receipt saved on my Fetch App & the lady at the return counter...oddly told me she could not app looking at my receipt on the app as Ross has a "new" policy and they will only accept returns if you have a live printed receipt. I informed her that I had never had any issues in the past ever as that's where I now keep my receipts instead of a bunch of paper piling up. I was so irritated & this was such a waste of my time & efforts...that this was the start of a bad day gone wrong. Anywho... Today is Tuesday & sad I had to email the receipt to myself, printed the receipt out & made a darn 2nd attempt to return these items and this time...she let me slide and advised that "I'm going to do it as a courtesy THIS TIME but, moving forward keep your receipt." This lady went on & on about this is their new policy, keep your receipt for Ross as this will not be accepted next time. I felt like this lady little kid or something but, she was actually accepting my return I just let her talk. I have a new outlook on this store location with ROSS staff reprimanding me talking about "this is an outlet or discounted store so, X,y,z.....
