After starting her onboarding and getting her keys, id, computer, etc., they fired her 10 days later telling her that she flunked her drug test with a THC content of 15 ng/ml, less than the minimum federal standard of 50 ng/ml. The funny thing is the lab had called her a week before she started working and the lab said they would send the results to the school that day. She called the school the following day and they said everything was okay. The weird thing is she attended a diversity training seminar the day before she was fired and stated her modestly liberal opinion. When HR called her the next day, they said it was the failed drug test that got her fired. Why did they hold on to the drug test so long, and why did they onboard her? They told her to reapply and she would be given a chance to take a drug test, but that was a lie, and they have hired someone else. Talking to attornies now as I am left holding the bad on her expenses.

I was bullied by both girls and guys and struggled in school. Noone stuck up for me as all the other students were too fearful of being outcasted. I was even bullied in front of a teacher and they didn't step in. I believe the issue here is too many kids of privilege who have yet to learn kindless that im confident they've all learned later in life. At least I hope.. Unless your child is coming from one of the major Catholic middle schools in the area and will already have a set of friends, please don't risk sending your precious child here. The environment they create is toxic and discouraging. If you're thinking of joining NJROTC here--or even sending your kid to this school--definitely think twice.
