All the teachers at St. Thomas More are very loving of the children in many ways to help them learn and grow. My kids are learning better manors and how to be polite. They are learning to count, write and identify words... read and problem solve! The teachers are instrumental even helping my little one with potty training. I love the fact that they are involved with the church and bring God into the classroom. Nowadays it is so hard to even witness this anymore. I love the fact that my child is learning to be kind and caring about others, self and even animals. If you want your child to have an appreciation for God, Jesus, and have confidence in themselves and others this is the absolute awesomest school. St. Thomas More is ranked nationally and higher than those other learning experience schools through the test scores. St. Thomas More won't treat your child as a number. They want parents to be involved we should be involved anyway. They have so much jazz! Going to church one a week with the kids, book fairs, lovely annual dinner to help raise money for the school, holiday events, parades, field trips etc. I've seen it, I've witnessed it, all the staff and teachers are extremely compassionate, loving and educating our kids extremely well. I love the involvement with teacher student. If my kid is miss behaving I want to know. If my kid offers to clean up the class and be a little helper for the day I love to know etc. I want to know how my kids is doing. Yes there is time for play and the kids have plenty of time to interact with each other. But I know when I drop my kids off in the morning they are getting a well-rounded education. Also awesome snacks are provided every single day, naps as well. There is a progress report that goes home everyday so I know what my kid did and I can ask about what they did at home. My 2 children have both had wonderful experiences at St. Thomas More Academy. My son is in his 2nd year there and my daughter completed VPK there last year. My son had the sweetest teacher last year, absolutely perfect for a 2 year old. She greeted him with the warmest welcome and the biggest hug every morning. His teacher this year, Ms. Jennifer, is just as wonderful. I am so impressed with the thought that she puts into his daily lessons and art projects. She has created a loving classroom environment where each little mind and personality can thrive. My daughter had Ms. Colleen for VPK last year and she is her all-time favorite teacher. She still talks about Ms. Colleen most days and makes pictures for her. My daughter is very shy and Ms. Colleen patiently and lovingly worked with her to bring her out of her shell. Ms. Colleen used her silly sense of humor to bond with my daughter and instill trust and confidence. My daughter is excelling academically and emotionally in Kindergarten and Ms. Colleen is a big reason why. Ms. Anne, the director, goes above and beyond for the families and the children. She welcomes parent involvement which I love. This school truly is like a 2nd family for me and my children and I am forever grateful. My preschool goal for my children was to make good friends and develop a love of learning and St. Thomas More has achieved that and more. read more

I highly recommend St. Thomas Academy. Their entire team, from Ms. Anne to every single teacher, is 100% involved in your children's academic goals and needs. I am thankful to them because when my daughter started with Ms. Kim and Ms. Denise (2yo class), they were able to catch that my daughter had a speech/language delay and was able to guide me into getting her the help she needed along with Ms. Anne and adjusted her schedule to her needs. Ms. Jennifer (3-year-old class teacher) is one of the sweetest ladies there is. My daughter still asks for her all the time as does her assistant. VPK teachers are exceptional, from Mrs. Colleen, and Mrs. Nancy to their assistants - I can assure you, that your child will be more than ready and successful at whatever school you may choose for your child's next adventure. Not to mention, my daughter loves Jesus and has loved having that faith formation at school. I am extremely pleased. St. Thomas More makes you feel like you are family to them, not just a number. The school is not too big and the classrooms are not packed with students which to me allows them to be there for all kid's needs. Thank you for such a great experience these past 4 years. St.Thomas More is a WONDERFUL school with an AMAZING staff. It is a small preschool with a welcoming enviroment. The teachers all work very hard to make sure that your child is thriving. I had cancer last year and I started my oldest son at St.Thomas More during the busiest time of year. Right before christmas break. Ms.Jennier made him feel so comfortable and he loved going everyday. Now my son now has Ms. Collieen and she is just as awesome. She really helps my shy son come out of his shell. Ms.Ann and the whole staff was so loving towards our family during such a hard time. They always made sure we were doing okay and made sure my son was adjusting well. When you send your child there you aren't just a tutiton check. You ARE all family. It is my son's second year there and just can't say enough great things about this school. Ms.Ann who runs the office always greets every child by name and goes above and beyond to make sure every child is comfortable. St. Thomas More is such a blessing. Wow!!! What an experience! I have my son, 3 years old in here. I had him with a private sitter for the first 2. She was great however she was far from our home and we had a second child who is now 8 months. I, myself was raised around the Catholic community. When I first met the Director, Ms. Anne, she was so welcoming. I toured the school and now 8 months later my 3 year old has been attending. Unbelievable! His attitude to actually going to school and coming home is so positive, especially when he gets to run into the directors office and asks for a chocolate after pick up. He absolutely adores his teachers Ms. Amy, Ms. Colleen, and Ms. Denise. Everyday he tells me everything he has done and it makes my heart melt. I wish that my son could attend this school through highschool! I highly recommed Saint Thomas More, but beyond that my son does as well. On weekends, that's all he talks about! I absolutely can not wait to send my second child to Saint Thomas More Academy! read more

Such a great Pre-School and VPK! Love the safety protocol, the teachers are wonderful; my daughter cried for the first 2 weeks as she was new to the school (she was 2.5 years old). The teachers really catered to her needs and took the time to discuss with me her needs and how to help her adjust!!! Now she loves school and has learned so much already. The director is phenomenal and easily accessible to address any concern. She communicates well with the parents and is very organized and clear about the policies and procedures. Been using this school for over 3 years now between my 2 older ones. Plan on taking my baby there too when he gets older!!! So blessed to have a school like this!!!! read more

Our son started St Thomas more preschool this summer. Initially he had a hard time adjusting since it was his first time away from home. The Director Miss Fischer and her assistant Miss Patty helped get him on board and adjusted and spent hours with him in the transition process. We felt the love and patience that they had from the very beginning. His teacher Miss Jennifer, Miss Maria, Miss Denize and Miss Amy are awesome and caring. The learning experience is great and he wants to go to school every day and looks forward to it. Thank God for this awesome school.I would recommend this school to my friends. I love St Thomas More so much! My first child completed 3 years at this preschool and my second child is on his 2nd year. The teachers and administrators care so much about each individual child and their families. I have said often I wish this preschool went to high school. My children and learning and growing in such a safe and loving environment and I couldn't be happier. Academically my daughter was at the top of her class leaving STM and throughout kindergarten. We absolutely love this school. The Director and the teachers are amazing. Our daughter started over a year ago, we moved and enrolled her later in the year and the teachers and Director were so welcoming and caring that our daughter didn't even go through the typical "transition/adjustment" behaviors. The staff is exceptional when it comes to communication. We appreciate all that they do for our daughter and make you feel like family. We love STM Academy! My son went for two years and my daughter is currently there for her second year. The staff really LOVE each child and make them each feel special. The faith is taught without apologies and prayer is included throughout the day. The facility is clean, well maintained, and the days are structured with the perfect mix of play and learning. The church is beautifully reverent and we love that the children go to mass once a week (pre-covid) to learn and participate in the faith. Absolutely love this school. My daughter has been attending for 2 years and it is such a great environment. The teachers and staff really get to know each child and go above and beyond to ensure they feel comfortable and are progressing as they should. Communication between the school and parents is great and my daughter is always bring home new drawings or work she has done. I also love that they help children develop independence, responsibility and manners. My daughter has developed so much in the two years attending and is very happy there. My daughter is 4 years old and is in pre-k at the academy. She absolutely loves it as well as I do. We couldn't be more happy and satisfied knowing she is learning and having fun at the same time. St. Thomas More Academy has a loving group of teachers. My wife and I are thrilled with the progress both our kids are making. They can identify sight words, use numbers and are able to communicate using words instead of emotion. That was a huge problem with one of my kids that she has meltdowns for no reason and with the help of the staff working with her and letting her know that she is a big girl and big girls don't do that we have made progress. Both of my children attend STM academy after going to other daycares. STM provided great structure and consistency for both of my kids.
