Great food every thing made fresh all the time. They have a past factory on premises

The service is wonderful. Owner welcomes you! Simple surroundings but feels like you're in a family restaurant. All pastas are made in house, menu changes regularly and is written on board. You bring your own wine and they provide the glasses. Very enjoyable, surprising location, full of Italians! The Gorgonzola snd pear 'purses' was divine. Alfredo -yum. I was fortunate enough to be recommended this place by colleagues at work. We chose to go today as I had been wanting to try it for a while now. It didn't disappoint at all. The place is a little hidden from street view so just search on any maps app and you'll find it no issue. It's located in a plaza so parking was easy. We were seated super quickly, and our server Roberto, was everything you would want on a top notch service. I believe has something to do with management as well because his service was more than incredible, I asked for recommendations and the first thing he asked is what I liked, and based on that he recommended the type of pasta that would go perfectly with my choice. I chose the truffle pasta and decided to add chicken to it. It blended perfectly and it was so creamy my palate was delighted. I also tried the FIOCCHETTO PEAR & GORGONZOLA. Wow- you have to try it. You can tell pasta is made super fresh and with this perfection the food came out quickly. Prices are fair for the level of goodness. Didn't try dessert this time, but definitely will go back. Ambience is quiet, great to have conversation. A must go. read more

I am very sorry to hear that Spaghetto is temporarily closed. I do hope he reopens a sin as possible. The proprietor is an accomplished Pastaio who opened a cozy restaurant in a commerce park near my house. He was constantly attentive to the customers needs and the service was always superlative. His menu was limited, but well curated with options for every palate and his offerings were upscale. For example, the squid ink pasta was consistently superb, The last time we were in, he was working on getting a liquor license. We were, however able to bring our own bottle and reservations needed to be made fairly well in advance ( due somewhat to the limited space) Spaghetto has the vibe of a hidden gem, reminiscent of a small restaurant in Milan or Venice. An extraordinary rare taste for South Florida. We miss you. Please come back!! read more

I had bookmarked Spaghetto for over two years and finally made it! This is a very quaint and simple decor place. Unpretentious cause is all about good food! It is almost as you are having dinner at someone's kitchen and that someone is a True Italian, which they are! The food was cooked to perfection. The service is quick. The owners are super nice! We had the fusilli with vodka sauce and the seafood risotto. For dessert we had the cannoli and cheesecake. They don't sell alcohol, but you can bring your own bottle of wine. I will come back to this little gem! read more

Italian owned and good quality dishes. Owner is very friendly and attentive. They make their own pasta and there are daily specials to choose from. Their Italian bread is always warm and delish. I love the fact that I always find Italians having lunch here, which speaks to the authenticity of the restaurant. I have never gone wrong with their pappardelle and I really like the Gorgonzola sauce. The Italian panini is also a good lunch choice! PS: They don't sell alcohol but you are allowed to bring your own wine without a cork fee, this is great! read more

Place is as basic as you can get. It's a pasta factory first. Then they have a restaurant on the side serving the pasta. It's not fancy but the pasta is very good. Very moderate priced but very filling. We had the burrata Salad with prosciutto. 2 real burrata balls with a load of nicely sliced prosciutto all on top a fresh salad. $14.00. We had the fried calamari. It was considerably smaller in size but cooked perfectly. $18.00 We then had pasta. I had a Carbonara that tasted like I was in Roma herself! We had the lemon chicken. It was nice maybe a little tough but tasted great. The next table had a lasagna that looked amazing. The owner is the waiter. Very pleasant and treated everyone as if they were long lost friends. I think the place is a little gem. read more

This restaurant is located in an industrial complex, and a little hard to find, but don't let that fool you. This is a great Italian restaurant in which they make their own pasta nicely and fresh. You can see the equipment in the kitchen window. There is a counter where you purchase the fresh pasta. But it is a restaurant with a good selection. You can taste the freshness of the homemade pasta. You can't help but treasure every bite. Nothing fancy to this place but awesome food. read more

Everyone once in a while you end up at a place you have no idea how, you walk in and go WTH is going on here. Last night was that event. Recommended by a friend we called & were told that no alcohol was served bring your own wine if you wish. Finding it, in an industrial complex off 441 was no easy task, parking was not an issue and when our party of 7 arrived at 6PM we were the only people there. It is in short, a PASTA factory for commercial pastas sold to local restaurants. He is a small but adequate dining area off to the side. No ambiance but certainly a clean & fresh look. Roberto greeted us like long last friends, providing wine glasses, a cork, told us to take our time, review the specials on the board, ETC. We started off with some Salads. We had a couple of Burrata & prosciutto salads (Fresh, homemade, great quality burrata & Parma that was freshly cut. Tagliere Italiano, cold cuts were more of the above with some salami. I'd stick with the 1st salad as it contains all you need. 7 different entrees ensued. I won't describe them all but the pastas were fresh and homemade. All dishes were served piping hot and made to order. Flavors were rich if not sinful. He even threw in a couple of Ricotta Cheesecake desserts. Look this is not some fancy white tablecloth place. It is as basic as it gets, yet it surpasses in food & quality many 5-star places I've been too. If you just want a fantastic meal and extremely reasonable price points. GO FIND THIS PLACE YOU WILL NOT BE DISSPPOINTED! read more

AMAZING. Best pasta I've ever had in South Florida. Pappardelle al ossobuco earns the golden star. Highly recommend the pappardelle al ossobuco, burrata with prosciutto, and the seafood risotto. It is hidden within warehouses - so it's hard to find for "walk-ins." Also, they let you BYOB with no uncork fee. Very authentic Italian, come check it out soon! read more

We were on our way home from Miami and decided to stop at this hidden gem. We were greeted by the sweetest gentleman, and made to feel like we were walking into his home for dinner. We ordered the octopus and pasta, Black Linguine in Squid Ink and Shrimps, and Ossobuco with linguine and mushrooms. I'm telling you, it was all Devine. My son is Korean and said, "Mom, that's by far the best pasta I've ever eaten in my life." The ossobuco was so delicious and just melted in your mouth. The flavor of the gravy on the Black Linguine in Squid Ink and Shrimps was one of the best I've ever had. Spaghetto's is known for their fresh made pasta. I came back with my nephew last night and everything was excellent! If you are from Italy or if you have visited Italy, you will appreciate their food. This is as authentic as it gets. The staff were busy. Only two people were handling the front of the house. I don't mind as they don't rush you when you eat here. You can bring your own wine as they don't sell any alcohol. I usually get the Peligrino water. We had the appetizer of Italian meats and the quality was supurb. I could eat that right now as I'm writing, it was so good! Their bread is made on site and is crusty on the outside and soft and warm inside. There is olive oil and salt on the table for the bread. I have too many favorite dishes here but lately the squid ink pasta is what I order. I had it with mixed seafood in a red sauce. It also can be prepared in a white sauce. When the seafood mixed with the sauce it was heavenly. My nephew had the fiochetto with Pear with Gorgonzola sauce. That was rich and delicious. They are small pasta pockets with pear and ricotta topped with a sauce you won't forget. If you come, make reservations on the weekend. They are closed Sunday. The dining area is small. Expect to wait for service. It is all worth the trip. Get some fresh pasta and a jar of there sauce to go. read more

I don't normally go to Italian restaurants because I tent to have high expectations, but Spaghetto has very good reviews so we decided to give it a try. Spaghetto is located in a row of warehouses on Oakes Rd. The location isn't exactly where you expect a restaurant to be, but the interior isn't that bad. After reviewing the menu, we ordered the shrimp and zucchini linguine, Gorgonzola gnocchi, seafood risotto, and fettuccine carbonara. Before our food arrived, we were given complimentary bread that was delicious! Fresh homemade bread that you can buy and take home, like their homemade pasta and sauces. The food, on the other hand, was standard. The carbonara was missing a pinch of salt. The linguine and gnocchi were average, but the risotto didn't taste fresh. Overall, if I could give them 3 and a half stars I would, because it's not a 4-star restaurant for me yet. read more

3 1/2 stars. Years ago we dined at Spaghetto and were very pleased. A bit difficult to find, Spaghetto was that "hidden gem" that was off the beaten path, but had delectable food. I recall enjoying every dish. My only disappointment was that the restaurant did not provide tap water and forced us to buy bottles of water. I did not write a review after that first visit. I thought for sure we would return and get to try more items. We did not get to dine in but recently ordered delivery. Our delivery experience was mixed. Items we ordered included: Burrata Salad Pasta with Pesto Sauce Meatballs Pasta with Bolognese and Meatballs Lemon Chicken The most outstanding item was the Burrata, which had the perfect texture and taste Spaghetto is known for their homemade pastas. The pasta we had did not disappoint, with a firm but chewy texture. The pesto sauce was good, but the Bolognese was flavorless. The proteins were underwhelming. If the meatballs were homemade, they did not taste like it. To me they had a salty, processed flavor. The grilled chicken was totally bland. How can you serve chicken with absolutely no seasoning? Plus, originally we ordered the chicken with vegetables, which were not even available. I'm not eating too much pasta these days, but if pasta is your thing, Spaghetto is worth a try. read more

I simply adore the Spaghetto experience. This was my first time back since the beginning of the pandemic and I was please to see they expanded a but. Sane wonderful server, so friendly and proud of their food. We brought our own wine and enjoyed the calamari and burrata. The fresh bread is divine!! Perfect crunchy exterior and warm fluffy interior with olive oil and balsamic to dip in. Just heaven! I ordered the osso bucco fo the first time, so tasty. Fall off the bone good! It came with the porcini mushroom fettuccine. Tip: they sell their fresh pastas by the pound as well as their sauces so you can cook at home! Make sure you ask for the bread (soooogood!!) read more

This is absolutely one of the best Italian experiences around. For my Italian grandparents anniversary, we decided to take them to our favorite local spot. It was a big hit. We were a party of 7, and Roberto went out of his way to make us feel like family. For dinner we had an array of items, including meatballs, which are in a delicious gravy (sauce), Italian meats and burrata, ossobucco, and a few pasta dishes. I personally had linguini with zucchini and shrimp in pink sauce, which was one of the best pasta dishes I've had. We finished with espresso and tartufo, which were absolutely delicious. If I could I would give it zero stars. We took out food from them tonight for the first time and the last. I don't know how they got such good reviews. The food was in edible. I literally took one bite and didn't eat anymore of it..We got the chicken parmigiana (2 orders) and 1 order of lemon chicken. The chicken parmigiana almost had a powdered consistency and it felt like the chicken was a low quality frozen chili breast that had canned tomato sauce and a sprinkle of cheese. Literally not edible. My husband said the lemon chicken tasted like nothing. He did eat some of it. Not inedible but not worthy of a reorder. read more

Rude owner I went in because I called and they sell "fresh" pasta. I saw on the menu they have bucatini which is hard to find fresh At a market. I drove in circles my gps couldn't find the place which was beyond annoying! I get there the place is empty but it is around 3:15. I ask the owner for fresh bucatini he told me ok wait. I did about 10 minutes I assumed they were making me some for that long. He shows up with a FROZEN bag. I was beyond annoyed I wasn't planning on making a pound of pasta. It's frozen what do I do he told me just boil it cooks the same as fresh. It was pretty Ivey looked like frost bite. I wasn't in the mood I paid I said don't you have FRESH pasta. He told me it's fresh I said it's frozen he said same thing. I took a bag of fresh spaghetti. I will stick with the Italian market down the street on Johnson "Mimi's" from now on! read more

If you are looking for a traditional Italian eatery, this is the place. We were there in the middle of the week. It is a small place. This is true mom and pop. Their specialty is homemade pasta but everything is good. Bring your own bottle of wine. Very reasonable prices. Simple decor. Plenty of parking. They are not open too late but it is not really a night life kind of spot, so that's ok! Service is good, just remember it is mom and pop! read more

Wow. What a bust. Ordered 3 meals. One was spaghetti and meatballs, one was gnocchi. They brought meatball and gnocchi as a meal! And spaghetti as the 2nd meal! OK, we returned one. Didn't want ti wait another 20 min for the other. BOTH were awful. Couldn't even finish. So chewy it stuck to my teeth! The 3rd meal was lobster ravioli. Just so so. $67 for the 3 of us + $12 tip (felt bad for the non-english speaking waitress (???). Unfortunately, will never go back. read more

This place is amazing! A little hard to find, as it's in an industrial park, but trust me, it's worth finding. They make all of their own pasta onsite daily, and you can even watch them do it through the window in the dining room. I had the fiochetti pear gorgonzola. It was delicious! Our new favorite Italian restaurant on the East Coast. BOYB is great. The bread was the best I had since leaving Paris 5 years ago and worth the trip to this eatery alone. Pasta selection abundant with many daily specials. I had the regular menue selection of Clams and Linguine in white sauce with little neck clams $16.00 My wife had Fiocchetto with Pear and a white cream sauce $18.00 for dessert we had takeaway Small Double Cannoli $4.00 and Tiramisu $5.00. The pasta is made it this location and they sell many different types by the pound. To me the pasta was on the heavier side more like Sicilian. The restaurant is in a factory building and is not easy to find you have keep a sharpe eye. We highly recommend this restaurant for a great meal in a different setting, almost like Italy read more

In a word: rustic. Pulling up to this place, we almost left. It's in an industrial plaza that makes it feel like a truck stop. We shrugged and went inside anyway, and boy were we glad we did! Service was the no-frills kind you'd expect at a place like this. There were only a few tables, so two servers can kind of just position themselves in a way to make eye contact with everyone in a matter of seconds. The menu was wordy, but simple. Basically you choose your noodle and sauce, or decide from one of a handful of specialty options. I went with the meat lasagna while my friend ordered the fusilli noodles with pink vodka sauce. They brought us bread and waters. We were disappointed that they didn't serve alcohol, but there is the option to bring your own wine! Next time we will take full advantage. The food came out and I gawked at how massive my piece of lasagna was. It was about the size of my whole face. We dug in and we're quickly captivated by the deliciousness of these dishes! We sampled each other's as well. This is some seriously good food! The bill at the end was very manageable as well. Overall, I will DEFINITELY be back soon! read more

I really try to give the benefit of the doubt and normally if some thing isn't very good, I just don't rate the place. Tonight was over the top bad though. Spaghetto factory on oaks road in davie tonight. First the good...The orange crush, water, coke and bread were very good. Daughter's tortellini was cooked properly, alfredo sauce had a good flavor but was very runny. The presentation was very nice too. It looked great! That's it The chk parm was not seasoned at all but worse was it seemed like it was marinated in the sauce after it was fried because the entire thing was hard inside and gummy outside. It had a really bizarre texture. The spaghetti with it was almost cooked enough to be considered all dente...but not quite. My Marsala tasted like a brown gravy with not a hint of Marsala flavor. I love spice...love arrabiata...The angry sauce but this was so much more than just red pepper. It was like a scoop of cayenne was added. It was inedible. I ate the chicken because it wasn't bad, just not Marsala, and our waitress never returned. Ever. We just sat and talked and joked about how bad everything was and were wondering when she was going to return. She finally did after about 20 minutes asking if we wanted boxes. There were 2 bites gone from the chicken only because we each tried it and 1 bite from each pasta. I told her of the problems, that the food was not prepared properly and she told us to pay up front. We followed her to the front where she told the manager about our food, then I told him about our food and he said "sorry" and presented me the bill. I asked if he understood that more than half of our food was not good and the waitress disappeared for 20 minutes and if he understood that if he should do something about our bill. He did nothing. I paid in cash while informing him that because of the really poor service, bad food and his lack of response that we won't return. He said nothing. Just looked at me and we left. Amazing. -- eating dinner at Spaghetto Factory. read more

A solid 3 1/2 stars for sure! Location- kinda hidden in between some industrial/ warehouses/offices. Definitely not your typical Italian restaurant. Upon arrival we were greeted and asked to sit any where we would like. Few tables not a whole lot. The decor is very simple to the point. Kinda reminded me of maybe a quick spot to grab some lunch and go type of vibe. Definitely not fancy and definitely not romantic definitely do not come here expecting ambiance or decor. It seemed as they might have been short staffed it was 1 person taking orders, serving and greeting with a lot of Italian personality! Lol He was friendly & extremely generous with the baskets of bread - giving us 2 loaves for our table. The food was served quickly, the drinks were served in cans and plastic cups. What we ordered: Ceaser Salads- 6/10 Good amount served with plenty of fresh slices of Parmesan- lacked a bit of dressing but had a good taste to it. Pumpkin Ravioli w/ Gongorzola Sauce 5/10 The sauce was delicious BUT the ravioli's were super hard! They needed to cook about another 5 mins to achieve that perfect texture. Chicken Parmigiana w/ spaghetti- 5/10 Ehh nothing delicious about this dish- it was just okay. Fettuccine Alfredo w/ shrimp- 6/10 It was good - the Alfredo lacked a bit of flavor. It was more on the "safe side" Lobster Ravioli w/ pink sauce- 6/10 It was good but it could have used a bit more of flavor. Overall, everything was okay definitely not the hype from what other reviews state. I'm not sure if the kitchen was maybe off today but I definitely did not experience what others claim this place to be. I will definitely give it another chance and come back. read more

In full disclosure, this place is hidden, but is a gem! The directions are not wrong, they are leading you into what looks like a truck stop. It's ok, it's good trust me! Glad we sucked it up and went inside! The place is part factory and part restaurant, so as you can imagine the pasta is fresh! The service was no-frills in all the good ways. It is run by some legit Italians that know there way around the kitchen. I will admit I saw they didn't serve alcohol and rookie mistake didn't look to see if they did BYOB, which they did! Notes for next time! The menu is pretty straight forward, pick your pasta, pick your sauce. They also have some specialty options likes a few chicken dishes, lasagna, etc. I went with the fusilli and pink vodka sauce and mushrooms. Seriously yum! The pasta was cooked to al dente perfection. I snagged a bite of my friend's meat lasagna. Yum! It was huge and had the nice crispy edges from baking in the pan. Just Subpar. Ordered via UberEats and the Lasagna was a mushy, flavorless mound that was probably worse than a TV Dinner that you microwave.
